Perche house 150 km W Paris, charm and comfort

Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. Welcome to the farm! We welcome you to the spacious, comfortably equipped, fully renovated house, in the heart of the Loir Valley, in a quiet area. You will find many activities nearby (sports, relaxation, nature, hiking, etc.) La Flèche Zoo 20 minutes away, 25 minutes from the 24H circuit, 25 minutes from the 24H and Baugé golf courses, Château du Lude, Le Loir by bike, Lake Mansigné. Whether you come with your tribe, or with friends, you will feel right at home!

90 m² outbuilding adjoining the main residence: • Ground floor: 45 m² living space with kitchen and living room (sofa bed). • Floor: 2 spacious bedrooms, each with private shower room and separate toilet: - Terra Cotta Room: Double bed (140 cm). - Blue Room: Double bed (180 cm) or 2 twin beds (90 cm) + single bed (80 cm). Exterior: Secure swimming pool (6 m × 12 m), open from May to September. Accommodation not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, La Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Sleeps 9 adults, 1 child and 3 infants (rollaway bed and 3 cribs upon request).

In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

The Cottage Belmontais is located in the historic center of the village of Beaumont sur Sarthe with easy access to all services and free parking nearby. The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers. Tour Saint-Michel, charming cottage

The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.

Welcome to Nuits de la Forêt. Enjoy the tranquility and change of scenery of a stay in a luxury cottage bordered by a pond, on the edge of the forest. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
