Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Le Mans

We stayed here as an overnight stop on our way further south. It was absolutely ideal. It would be great for a longer stay too, with a direct route into Le Mans and a supermarket only a few minutes drive away.

As soon as you cross the threshold of the door, the safety and the cocooning spirit are felt. And we felt great there! This place is conducive to rest. And for good reason, everything was done with care: the welcome, the decor and the bedding (not the least) were great! We thank our host, Alexis, for his kindness. We will be happy to come back because this week spent here, was nothing but relaxation and healing. The maisonette is ideally located in this beautiful city. The Alpes Mancelles was a real favorite. Thanks for hosting us Alexis.

Very functional and well-equipped accommodation. Quietly located not far from the Le Mans circuit where I had to go. The space has everything you need.

Magical stay in a little corner of heaven, Philippe took care of us. The accommodation is beautiful and the environment is very peaceful, it is a perfect place to get away for a few days! There are many activities nearby, very pleasant hikes in the area and pretty villages to visit. I highly recommend this reservation to lovers of calm and nature, but also to those who want to escape for a weekend 🌼

Le Cocon is a fantastic property in the most beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The house itself provided everything we needed and was so cosy. I would recommend staying here in a heartbeat and would love to return. A real haven in the French countryside. The gardens, maze and Shetland ponies were a real highlight. Thomas was a brilliant host and was very responsive to any questions we had.

Warm welcome from Dominique and the cottage at the back of the garden allows you to be quiet. We only stayed one night but we recommend this place in view of the quality of the services in relation to the amount and especially Dominique's hospitality.

A welcoming and peaceful place to stay. We feel very nice there. Quiet environment in the middle of nature. Christine is caring. She took care to turn on the air conditioning before we arrived when the temperatures were high. We recommend.

The studio was impeccable, a very welcoming family, everything was great, I recommend it.

Philippe responded quickly to my questions before we arrived, gave clear instructions and his place was easy to find. The private parking and laundry facilities were much appreciated and the garden setting was lovely. He and his wife were usually around to make sure everything was working for us and he made a reservation for us at a recommended local restaurant, which was a great experience. It was very hot while we were there for the walk into town across the bridge, but there is a local bus, with the stop right near the apartment. We stayed for a week and found Amboise to be a good base for visiting this part of the Loire Valley. We would certainly recommend Philippe's place and would stay there again ourselves if we were ever back in the area.

Jean Philippe was wonderful. He met us and showed us the apartment and explained how to use all the items. The apartment is very quiet and is in a beautiful courtyard. The coffee machine gave us the best coffee so far on our trip. I really appreciate that Jean Philippe supplied us with lots of coffee. These little details make a huge difference. We loved the location. The bed and the bath were very nice, we really enjoyed our stay.

Very nice apartment ideally located for those who like the old quarter of Tours and all its shops, bars and restaurants. Difficult access by car (pedestrian access) and complicated parking because of the historic center of Tours, but I think this accommodation also offers a parking space which is ideal. In short, a very nice location and impeccable, atypical and very pleasant accommodation

We chose this establishment to spend a weekend near Le Mans on the occasion of the 24h and we were not disappointed. Listing matches the photos and description. Impeccable cleanliness, quality furniture, well-equipped kitchen, located in the city center, free parking nearby... in short, everything you need to have a good stay in ideal conditions and at a fair price. Add to that a very professional, responsive host, at your disposal and who will provide you with clear and useful instructions. In conclusion, we strongly recommend that you opt for this establishment during your stay in La Flèche, you too will not be disappointed, I guarantee it.

Hello Marine We had a very comfortable stay in your beautiful apartment. The garden is pretty and kept us cool during the hot summer days. Good location, clean, fully equipped, good internet connection. Frogs from the pond are very annoying to hear during the night, but luckily it was cold enough to keep the windows shut. Not a complaint, because we knew from the description and experience what we are getting into, but as a reminder for newbies - attic bedroom with stairs is a big inconvenience, as in most of the Brittany accommodations. Far away from north american safety standards, but this place at least have the stair handrails and washroom/shower on the same floor with the bedroom :)

Dominique was very welcoming and helped carry our bags up to the apartment. The apartment was nicely decorated and beds comfortable. The location was convenient for access to the old town and free parking nearby. We think our baby woke up the next door neighbour in the middle of the night, which we are sorry about 🫣 but we would stay again if Dominique would have us!

Excellent stay at François's, accommodation that is both impeccably clean and functional. Quiet neighborhood, easy and secure parking with private parking space. Really nothing to repeat. Nice studio, well-equipped and super clean. The residence is very well maintained, very quiet and secure. Shops within walking distance and walks nearby. i really recommend it.

We had a great stay at Jérémie's. The apartment is located very close to the botanical garden so not far from the city center. It's a quiet area - no noise during the nights, even with the windows open. Very comfortable, and highly recommended!

Perfectly clean, spacious, really bright apartment, with a beautiful kitchen with very recent appliances. 2 very large closets in the hallway allow you to easily store linen and personal effects of 4 people (wardrobe and linen): to unpack the suitcases without anything lying around in the living room or bedroom. The bedroom side bedding combines comfort and quiet at night. The sofa is easily convertible, for those who like a firm bed. The long balcony allows you to have a coffee outside and partly overlooks a public garden. The house of the holy spouses Zélie and Louis Martin is 5 minutes away, the basilica and the old streets 7 minutes away by strolling. Everything is within walking distance, once the car is parked just in front, no worries even with a large 8-seater vehicle. We'll keep the address for a future stop in Orne!
