Terrasse privée en bois avec vue dominante. Abri fermé pour les vélos et lieu sécurisé pour motos et casques. Randonnées à pied, à vélo au départ du gite (PR 204). Lovingly renovated apartment in our 17 century French farm, with a private entrance and courtyard garden. La Source offers an open plan 18m2 living area with a fully equipped hand-crafted kitchen, dining table, and sofa bed. The bedroom is 22m2, with a hand-built bespoke double bed and a single daybed, Smart TV, armchair, hanging space and chest of drawers. There is a wide corridor and a bathroom with a shower. The area is perfect for outdoor activities. You'll love the place because of its unobstructed view of the Ardèche mountains and Vercors. It will be perfect for couples or solo travelers, for a moment of serenity or hiking.

The accommodation is ideal for couples, small families or even friends wishing to recharge their batteries for a few days in the countryside or wishing to discover the charms of the Haute-Loire. Dunières is a lovely village, typical of Auvergne, with all amenities (mall, restaurants, bakeries, cold cuts, etc.). Along with the surrounding villages, the region offers activities for young and old (hiking, cycling, water sports, craft museum, etc.).

It consists of a vaulted living room, a bedroom with a mezzanine connected by an external staircase. The cottage is surrounded by a garden and two terraces where it is pleasant to be in the summer. A hiking trail adjoins the property and the small road leading to the dovecote ends in a cul-de-sac.

It includes a fully equipped kitchen, a living room (TV/Wi-Fi), a bathroom (shower/toilet) as well as a cozy bed for a good night's sleep. Wake up in peace, you can enjoy walks and hikes (GR 42 at your feet), the river but also many activities (climbing, spa, safari...).
