It's in an historic buidling, inside the ramparts in the very heart of Beaune, but in a quiet side-street. It features a salon/dining room, an independent, fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and separate bathroom. Bright and sunny with high-beamed ceilings, a stone staircase and marble corridor, it also features a lovely glass 'verrière' overlooking an interior courtyard.

There are all the shops nearby, the Sunday morning market at 90 m, the train station at 200 m, the Lameloise restaurant is 120 m away, as well as other restaurants.

Features include a heated pool overlooking the vineyard and 2 outdoor dining terraces . The cottage is equipped for food and wine loving visitors and has secure parking on site. The house is not well suited for young children who cannot swim.
