You are welcome in my beautiful 1 bedroom flat typically "Bordeaux style" with its limestone wall and its extravagant marble fireplace. Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

Enjoy a stylish, bright and central 60 m2 accommodation with a 20 m2 outdoor terrace. Completely renovated, it is comfortable and in a good location. Vous pourrez également profiter d'une grande terrasse dominant le vignoble. Une pergola bioclimatique vous permet de vous détendre dans le jacuzzi toute l'année. Un sauna tonneau est aussi à disposition sur la terrasse.

Access from the A62 motorway, we are 7 km from the Langon exit, and 45 km from Bordeaux.
