Close to Aix-Les-Bains, Bourget beach and lake 4 km away, ski resorts and Bauges Regional Park 30 minutes away. From Saturday to Saturday in summer.

(resorts nearby) and enjoy idyllic landscapes (Lake ANNECY, Lake du Bourget...).

Independent studio on the ground floor, recent (2023) with bathroom and separate toilet. You can enjoy the 500m2 fenced garden with deckchairs, shaded area for outdoor dining. Here, we love animals and you are welcome with dog, cat, camel. Fully equipped with real bed with comfortable Bultex mattress and full kitchen with fridge, induction, coffee maker and kettle. You are also 20 minutes from Lake Bourget (the largest natural lake in France), and Aix les Bains, 30 minutes from Chambéry and Annecy.

Welcome to the "Casa Santa Rosa" a traditional farmhouse in the middle of the Savoyard mountains. This farmhouse has been renovated by Enrique, it is divided into three dwellings (owner's accommodation and two gîtes). You will stay in an apartment with an independent entrance, ideal for a family getaway, our outbuilding can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children. The garden is accessible to all travellers of the two cottages.
