Rental strictly limited to 2 adults and 2 children (no guests allowed)

In a house steeped in history, within walking distance of downtown Nérac, the proposed apartment was completely renovated in 2018. Composed of a living room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet, this accommodation located on the 1st floor is bright. It has an independent entrance. During your stay, you can enjoy the park and its century-old trees, as well as the various shaded terraces. Welcome to Nérac!

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay. It's my home, so my personal belongings will remain during your stay. My room will be closed, there is also a private area on the ground floor behind a curtain. Please note that my cat will be present. Some kibble and water will be given to him during stays of a week or more. So this rental will only be available to people who like cats so there is no misunderstanding. Thank you

Agen hyper center - 60 m² Gîte

We are located in the historic city center, at the foot of shops and restaurants and a 5-minute walk from the Canal du Midi. Our 60 m² vacation rental is located on the ground floor of our manor house, with direct access to the garden and heated pool (May to September). In the garden, a space is reserved for you. It includes garden chairs with a coffee table as well as a garden table and wrought iron chairs for lunch.
