Very nice house, quiet. For 6 people it is ideal. Close to the city center. A small beach easy to access by bike. There are small paths. Great. A parking a little further, very convenient to leave your car because the sector is in the blue zone. A small courtyard surrounded by a low wall with everything to barbecue and spend friendly moments.

The location of Ker Andree is great. You immediately get into the French way of life with the baguette in the morning. A beautiful area to live on the Jade Coast. The endless possibilities of trying out different bays round off the whole experience. You have everything you could need in the village and also large supermarkets nearby. The house is spacious, tastefully furnished. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary and more. You feel right at home. Everything inside is great and clean. Isabelle is extremely friendly. Contact with Louis-Xavier is always quick and very nice. It's also great that a washing machine/dryer is available. The weather was great and we were very satisfied with the fans. One of the best houses we've met so far. Thanks very much.

Lovely beautiful quiet destination close to the beach . The host was very responsive and helpful throughout . The house was very clean, tastefully decorated, and had everything that we could have needed.

Marie welcomed us very warmly. Impeccable location. There's nothing missing. We spent a week without taking the car, everything is accessible on foot, market, restaurant, beach, city center. We highly recommend it. Thanks again to Marie for the sweetness of our 1st breakfast and her advice for our stay. We will be back no problem.

We had a great time with the family in this house. We feel at home with all the equipment available, nothing is missing. Many games for young and old are also available for everyone's enjoyment. This house is rented with a lot of care and generosity.

We had a wonderful weekend, the house is perfect, nothing is missing, even for the dogs who have a bowl at their disposal. The cleanliness of the house is impeccable, Fabrice and Sandrine are very responsive, friendly, and above all accommodating. Thank you very much to them. The house also has toys for children. Honestly, I recommend this accommodation 100%. The location is impeccable, there is the center of St Hilaire de Riez really not far and a large supermarket nearby. It's really a big favorite

Great apartment with great views, a large pool is located in the complex, the private secure parking is worth a lot. Elisabeth was always reachable. Most restaurants on this side of the harbor are about 15 minutes' walk away. You can easily take a ferry to the other side in just a few minutes for €1.10 per trip or €3 for a day ticket with unlimited trips.

A warm and authentic home where it's good to gather as a family. A spacious kitchen with large countertops and a well-appointed living room for convivial moments. The environment of the marsh is peaceful and the view is really beautiful from the very well kept garden.

We spent 4 absolutely perfect days and 3 nights in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie. The apartment is ideally located with an incredible view of the sea, even more beautiful than in the photos! Everything is perfectly thought out in the accommodation: clean, well-equipped, comfortable — nothing is missing. It's a real cocoon, very relaxing. We'll be happy to go back. This little gem is worth five stars in every category. Laurence was a kind, helpful and generous host and the Gite was immaculate - a little oasis with the most lovely, tranquil gardens giving shade and privacy on hot days. The bike routes out of the back door were wonderful. Thankyou Laurence!!

We had a wonderful stay in this charming cottage! The location is really fantastic - once you cross the promenade, you are right on the beach. You can start walks from there and see the sunset in the evening. The house itself is functionally furnished. The two terraces, one to the front and one to the back, are great. However, a small downside is the layout of the rooms: the toilet is on the ground floor, while the bedrooms are upstairs. This can be a bit impractical at night, especially for families with small children or for people with reduced mobility. Overall, however, a really great holiday home, which we would like to recommend – and will certainly visit again!

Nice little country house with beautiful garden. Close to communities with restaurants and shops. Nice beaches 20 minutes by car. Perfect if you want to take it easy in the countryside, and both visit beaches and Nantes.

Beautiful house near port joinville but far enough to be really quiet. The house is very beautiful and tastefully decorated. The equipment is complete. Our entire group of 9 adults had a great time.

Excellent stay at Lucie's. Everything can be done on foot and the beach 1 min away is a real asset. I recommend it!

We wanted to spend a family vacation (with our pets) and this accommodation perfectly met our expectations. Loreleï was a welcoming, smiling and available host. The house is spacious and very well-equipped. Recreational equipment (ball, net, rackets, barbecue and others) are a real plus. The exterior is very well exposed, allowing you to enjoy it all day long. The accommodation is 10 min by car or 20 min by bike (available) from the various beaches and the city center. Several activities (horseback riding, tree climbing, water park, etc.) are also ~10 min by car. We have a great stay.

Beautifully decorated cottage, very clean with its private garden. Very nice setting. Fruit trees, pine trees… The bed is a sofa bed, we slept very well. Excellent stay. Romain always responded promptly to our messages. Very nice!
