Cheerful hillside home in a quiet, wooded garden. There was nothing missing. Fabienne welcomed us very warmly and made us many proposals for outings and restaurants. To be booked without a second thought!

Tony’s place is beautiful and in a great location. Lovely gardens which are well looked after with direct access to the Seine. It was so restful sitting by the pond watching the fish. Tony was so helpful in all aspects of our stay, even recommending a great restaurant for our first night, difficult because it was a Sunday. The house had all the amenities we needed and more. The bedding and towels were comfortable and clean. Overall a very nice two night stay on our way home. Thank you Tony.

A real favorite! The house is spacious, with a nice ceiling height and a neat decoration that creates a warm and soothing atmosphere. Located on the edge of the forest, the place is very quiet, perfect for relaxing. Special mention for the jacuzzi overlooking the forest, a pure moment of relaxation, which can also be found in the room for an even more unique experience. The bedding is of excellent quality, we slept like babies. We will come back without hesitation!

Wonderful owner! Sensitive, kind, responsive. Always in touch and will tell you everything. Very nice apartment, everything is there for a wonderful vacation. I highly recommend! We spent our vacation as if we were at home.

The apartment is bright, quiet, very clean, the furniture and appliances are new! Well located, 5 min walk, Saint Sever shopping center, with supermarket, 1 Lidl opposite also 5 min, 30 min walk from the train station and between 20 min 30 min from the historic center of Rouen! Edwige and Patrick are very responsive and have always answered our questions quickly and kindly. The concierge staff were welcoming and available. This is the first time we went to Rive Gauche...very satisfied and we will be happy to come back if availability allows!

It is a nice house, equipped with all the necessities and a spacious balcony. The neighborhood is quiet, a supermarket is close by, and you can be in the center of Rouen in no time. An ideal place for a holiday or to work remotely.

Really nice place with great view on cathedral and Rolo’s statue. Perfect location, also you have free parking 400m away. If you are into history then beside fact that the building really old, the decors might be interesting to you as it includes replica of medieval helmet with nasal, sword and shield.

Functional accommodation decorated and furnished with taste. Fully equipped kitchen with utensils, spices and condiments available. Washing machine with detergent, not used but maybe convenient. Very nice accommodation.

100% recommended. The location is perfect and the neighborhood is very nice. Sofia is always looking out for us. I traveled with my husband and my 2-year-old baby. I would definitely stay here again.
