In a creative space (recording studio and photo lab), in the heart of the Perche region, a small, independent, and unique house for 2, 3, or 4 people is located opposite our house in a landscaped garden. The house has a bedroom with an open-plan bathroom and a kitchenette. Here, it's about living outdoors, enjoying the garden with our dog, swimming in the pool when the weather is nice (from mid-June), cycling, exploring the Belleme forest, flea markets and restaurants.

Justine and Richard welcome you to this ideally located accommodation in the Perche Regional Natural Park for lovers of walking, nature, forest... You will have the upper part of the cottage with all the necessary comforts. You will surely receive a warm welcome from our dog Scout or the other animals of the family, this cottage being located on our property of 10 hectares. You will be between 10 and 20 km from the small towns of Bellême, La Perrière, and Mortagne.

We are happy to host you at Maison Bubertré. Completely renovated in 2023, it is the perfect place to discover the charms of the Perche. Located in a hamlet 5 minutes from Mortagne-au-Perche, the house consists of 4 bedrooms (double beds, possibility to transform the blue room into 2 single beds), 3 umbrella beds, 2 high chairs, changing table, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen open to living room with fireplace, TV lounge and 1 pétanque court. Tree-lined garden.

Located in the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, in a typical hamlet, Marie's house is a cottage completely renovated in 2019 in keeping with the Percheron style (old tiles, lime plaster, exposed beams...). Equipped with all the necessary comforts and fiber, it is the perfect place for your stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. A charging station is accessible according to conditions. Calm, nature and local products will be there.

Sleeps 9 adults, 1 child and 3 infants (rollaway bed and 3 cribs upon request).

We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!
