The third bedroom is slightly smaller with the double bed that can convert to a day Sofa if needed. All bedrooms have plenty of storage space.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. I offer my studio, very close to Grenoble city center and 2 steps from the EDF training center. St Martin City Hall tram stop at the foot of the residence. 2 stops from Grenoble city center (Alsace Lorraine). Tastefully redone 1 year ago. The studio has a comfortable sofa bed, a bathroom with all amenities, kitchenette. Great for your visits to Grenoble. the residence has a Laundromat.

The Prairie Cottage

the cottage is in a very quiet area surrounded by woods with walking trails in the forest 200 meters away. Covered outdoor terrace with sofa and armchair for good relaxation. We are 45 minutes from the first ski resorts. Our home is 10 meters away so we will advise you if necessary and will be very responsive if there are any issues. Appartement avec vue magnifique et 20 mètre du nouveau télémix « le Diable », et à côté le guichet pour récupérer le ski pass. Parking de copropriété fermé. Grand Balcon plein sud avec le soleil du matin au soir comme le bâtiment est haut et sans vis à vis. À côté le centre et au calme. Canapé lit confortable avec sommier à lattes (2 personnes) et coin montagne superposé (2 personnes).
