Our villa, Kyo-Alpe, was built in 2024, located at Combe de Lancey, between Chambéry and Grenoble, offering breathtaking views of the mountains and the Dent de Crolles. The accommodation has a private indoor pool with a jacuzzi area, and a sauna, allowing you to relax in a Zen atmosphere. Japanese-inspired interior decor adds a touch of elegance and originality. We offer you for rent part of our carefully renovated house. It is located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the Chartreuse mountain range. All shops and restaurants are steps from the house. Rivieralp Leisure Center with ecological swimming is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an extra 7 euros.

We offer an independent house in the Grésivaudan Valley, between Grenoble and Chambéry. Single-story, cozy and very bright, with private garden and parking space. It is located in the center of the village, next to the owners' house (not overlooked) in a quiet area. It is located between the Chartreuse and Belledonne mountain ranges. Many activities await you: mountain (skiing, hiking, paragliding), cycling, swimming (lakes), sightseeing.

The Quiet Stones

We will host you all year long in a nice, cosy, renovated barn located in a small village in the middle of the Chartreuse Mountain chain. The studio is composed of a bedroom on the first floor with a bathroom (shower) and on the ground floor, a kitchen with a microwave, electric cooking Appliance. Note that the toilets are on the ground floor. Bed sheets and towels provided. Homemade breakfast not included in the price.

La Maisonnette and its garden in Chartreuse

We offer you a pretty independent house in our property, with its terrace and small garden. Functional and well equipped, it is located in the Village of Saint Vincent de Mercuze. Where you can rest after a nice hike. Private parking for one car. La Maisonette is ideal for a single person or couple. Hiking departures are possible from the Maisonette. There is free wifi as well as air conditioning.

L 'Aquaroca

Old stone workshop completely renovated in contemporary style nestled in the forest on Rocher du Cornillon, in Chartreuse. The living room and terrace offer panoramic views of the Grenoble basin. Provides easy access to sports (hiking, climbing, skiing) and relaxation (Nordic bath, video projector with large screen). This unique place is accessible by a small mountain road and close to all shops.
