Welcome to this calm, fresh and harmonious space. The studio is newly renovated and situated on the bottom floor of our villa in a little village close to Gland. Me and my family live on the first floor. It has a terrasse and a gorgeous view of the Alps and lake Geneva. There’s a bio farmer’s market next to the house! Local restaurant at 200m. We’re a five minute drive from the highway and about 25 min from Geneva and Lausanne. There’s a bus that takes you to the train station in Nyon. .

With the train station less than 50metres away from our home, St. Cergue is a fabulous location for walking, cycling, skiing or simply relaxing whilst surrounded by breathtaking views and fresh scented mountain/forest air. With Nyon 12mins and Geneva 30mins away by car, the location is superb. The flat is new and commands a position on the top floor thus guaranteeing the breathtaking views over lake Geneva and Mont Blanc. The balcony offers views of Lake Rousses and the mountains, a start of Nordic trails 400 m away, 2 golf courses 1 km away, Grande Traversée du Jura trails... Renovated in complete simplicity for 2 people, this studio has a double bed and a sofa bed. Free parking at the bottom of the residence and individual ski locker. You will be charmed by the sunrises and moonrises behind the Jura Mountains!

Located in the heart of the village, close to shops and restaurants but very quiet Close to cross-country skiing in winter and hiking in summer. At the TO you have free shuttles to get to the alpine ski slopes. If you don't want to take your car, free parking space reserved in front of the chalet. Bed linen and towels provided. Quiet in a subdivision, ideally located for cross country skiing, hiking, trail, mountain biking – Village center 5 min walk to Lac des Rousses 10 min by car.
