We had to cancel our vacation for a reason beyond our control. Marie went above and beyond to help us secure a partial refund and make it right. I am thankful for her caring ways and fairness. I will absolutely make this trip happen again and will stay at her place!

Everything was great for myself and husband added bonus was having a washer!!! The only thing we think could be improved was the comfort of the bed there wasn’t much cushion!

Perfect studio apartment really close to the Vaitape port! It was great to be able to walk 6 minutes from the Nevette stop to the unit, and the instructions were super clear and useful! The apartment is right next to the best ice cream spot in town, and we were able to take a stroll to more restaurants and the nearby grocery stores. The unit itself is perfectly put together with a comfortable bed, AC, lots of light, a very useful kitchen, and even a washing machine and drying rack for doing some laundry. Would recommend for an easy and comfortable stay in Vaitape.

We had a great stay in the accommodation, there is all the equipment you need, Marie is adorable, gives good advice and is available. She even offered to wash our laundry, which is not easy to find in Polynesia. Thank you again Marie and we hope to see you soon 🌺

Good location, very helpful host, clean and everything you need.

I was lucky enough to stay in a spectacular apartment in Bora Bora, located just a few steps from the sea. The location is excellent, with easy access to water activities. Ideal for those looking to relax and for the more adventurous. The apartment is perfectly equipped with all the necessary amenities: air conditioning, full kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, a very comfortable bed and a cozy atmosphere that makes you feel at home from the first moment. The cleanliness and maintenance of the place were impeccable. It is a well-kept, comfortable and functional space, perfect for a carefree stay.

The host was very kind. The place was clean. If you like a really firm mattress, you will love it. Being older than most, we enjoy a little more softness. It's a little easier on the joints. Very quiet location.

We had a real favorite for this beautiful and spacious house, perfectly integrated with nature, with a small sea view from the large terrace, very nice and cozy. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the bedrooms, protected by mosquito nets (essential given the presence of mosquitoes and nono), offer good comfort. Important tip: the GPS point shown is not quite accurate. Do not enter Haapu village, but continue further south; a roadside sign will show you the house at the right time. When we got there, everything was perfect. Essential car to fully enjoy the stay, but the place is well worth a visit!

We loved staying in the house. Especially enjoyed the backyard and garden, nice evenings watching the sunset from the dock. Would love to visit again

It is even better than the photos! Very spacious, great outdoor area with direct water access, bathroom and kitchen and dining area are spotless and lovely decorated.

Great welcome upon arrival of the ferry. Welcome flower necklace and shell necklace on departure🥰. The rental car included in the price is a real plus. It had rained a lot in the last few weeks, so there were a lot of mosquitoes. The island really requires a car for travel. 🙏

I’m not sure how to describe what a unique and special place this was for our family of 4. The arrival was simple, we purchased all our groceries for the entire stay and then went about our way to the small boat that took us to Ahuna. Overbuying was necessary as we knew what to expect. “Glamping”. Upon arrival to the villa we were in awe. It’s truly a beautiful & unique property. No other property is like this one from location to views to style to decor. I’m an interior designer so my job is to find beauty and inspiration all around me - and Ahuna did it for me. Everything felt authentic, collected and thoughtful. Please remember the context you’re in. This is a true island beach bum Bora Bora experience. To expect resort amenities is ridiculous and against the magic of this place. We woke up daily in heaven: walked right on our private beach and had coffee on the dock bungalow, paddle boarded, enjoyed slowness, showered outdoor. Ps Mosquitos bite like hell but we survived. Worth it

Excellent location, very close to the center, the ferry port, two minutes' walk from restaurants and shops. With direct access to a very pretty white sandy beach, direct view of the "Pregnant Woman" mountain, which Disney was inspired by for the film Vaiana... If you arrive by ferry, just take a left, passing a municipal kiosk and the terrace of a restaurant on the edge, and follow the coast for 100m... and you have arrived. Communication with Mateirea is effective, Gisèle who took care of us is very available, kind and nice; she answers all questions about things to do on the island of Huahine which is our favorite. We would definitely recommend this place!

We had a great time with the family. Heimanu gave us a nice gift for my birthday. The house is tastefully decorated and everything is thought of. Beautiful floral decorations. The bedding was good and the place was very clean. Kayaks, paddleboards and bicycles are available. The pool was very nice and the icing on the cake was that we were able to admire beautiful sunsets. We recommend it 100% Thank you to Fabienne and Heimanu for their kindness

We had a great stay, I recommend everything, Claudille is a great host, the location is perfect, the house too. A small barbecue or plancha in addition would be welcome but otherwise our stay was perfect
