Seaside Summer House "Elia"

We offer a seaside house in one of the most beautiful and secluded bays of Alonnisos. Agios Petros Bay is located at 9km away from Patitiri, the island’s port. The old family vacations’ house, is renovated and made to offer you a peaceful environment. The house consists of 2 large sitting rooms and fully equipped kitchen. It also has 4 large separate bedrooms and 2 toilets. An extra sofa bed (or a baby crib) can be added, free of charge, if an extra guest is to stay at the house (6 guests +2).

One of two self contained apartments with fully equipped kitchenettes available to rent. 2 km from the main port of Patitiri and just 0,5 km from the village of Votsi, which has a mini supermarket and some good tavernas and restaurants near the harbour. Private off road parking. Each apartment has the facility to accommodate a third family member to be arranged with the host. In season the local bus can stop outside. Apomero Cottage - Almyra Living

Tucked away in a private 4,000 m² olive grove with views of Skopelos town and the Aegean Sea, Apomero Cottage offers peaceful seclusion just a 15-minute walk from town. Once used during olive harvest season, the cottage blends traditional Greek island architecture with modern comfort. It consists of two buildings: one with a bedroom and bathroom, and another with a living room, second bathroom, and a sheltered, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. An organic vegetable garden is also a plus.

The house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 1,5 kitchens, 3 bathrooms and 1 WC. In total, 150sqm. It can accomodate 6 persons( Three couples plus 3 -4 children ) . Outdoors, the house offers an extremely fantastic sea view from its terrace. The distance to the beach is only 50m , 9km away from the port Patitiri and only 5 minutes walk from Steni Vala.

Alta Marea is located in the Alta Marea area, which is about 20 minutes (by car) from Patitiriya and 8 minutes from Alta Vala, where you can find supermarkets and restaurants. At a distance of less than 50m from the residence there is a quiet beach, without crowds. However, if someone wants something more strenuous, within 1 km is the famous beach of Agios Dimitrios. From the two terraces of the house you can enjoy the view of narrow Peristera.
