The accommodation is spacious, the bedding very comfortable. The linen provided is sufficient for one week. The geographical location is perfect for visiting Dinan, Dinard and other sites. Lots of hiking suggestions to do within 15 km of the accommodation, which is great. Laurent is a discreet host and available for any information Great stay.

We stayed with friends in this beautiful and large house. The renovation is tasteful and of good quality, it is aesthetically beautiful and the amenities are numerous. The kitchen in particular. The garden and terrace are pleasant. In the evening, we are comfortably settled inside... to read a book in front of the fireplace. Bedrooms and toilets are upstairs. Thank you to Dagmar and Guy for their hospitality and responsiveness to our requests.

This Airbnb was very charming, cutely decorated, and the perfect size for two people. Very close to the center of town and easy to walk to restaurants and shops. Severine was very responsive and made checking in easy. Would stay here again.

We had a very nice stay at Julie's apartment. It is right on downtown and all the attractions in Dinan are within walking distance. Also, this is a good home base around the area (st. Malo, Dinard, etc.) You can easily find parking directly on the street. The apartment is nicely decorated, very well equipped and literally has everything you need. We felt very comfortable. Julie is a super host. Although she is not directly on site, she is always easily accessible and quick to respond. We had a problem with the water tank in toilets on the first day. Julie immediately organized a handyman and fixed the issue. Thank you Julie, we will be happy to come back!

This is the most beautiful little apartment. It is so tastefully decorated and has everything one would need for a short stay. Don’t be deceived by the slightly tired appearance of the entrance and very steep steps to reach the 2nd floor. Once stepping into the apartment we were completely bowled over by the finish and attention to detail. The view is just incredible. It was magical to watch the river scenery throughout the different times of day from the 3 living room windows overlooking the river. The dark blinds and sliding bedroom door turned the sleeping space into a quiet, dark and private space. Great for a relaxing lie in. Everything was spotlessly clean & beds and sofas most comfortable. I highly recommend this apartment and Valerie was a perfect host. Thank you so much.

Great location, right in city center, yet in a quiet and peaceful street. My husband and I stayed for one night. We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was tastefully decorated, although small, but comfortable.

We immediately felt comfortable in the cozy apartment! Check-in was flexible and easy. Florence was always available, but also proactively asked if we needed anything else. Particularly noteworthy is the beautiful garden, where we had breakfast almost every day. The apartment has a great location in the center of the city, which is beautiful. We had a great vacation and can absolutely recommend the apartment.

Great stay with Zabeth and Pascal. A warm personal welcome, with an explanation of the excellent equipment and the surroundings. Refrigerator filled with soft drinks, yogurt, butter, jam, etc. Furthermore, sufficient coffee is available, including for the Dolce Gusto. Apartment is very tasteful and trendy. The apartment is located on a dead-end street, close to the city center. As a result, it is very quiet in the street and there is no noise nuisance. Very close to Dinan, Séverine's accommodation is impeccable with a very beautiful decoration. The park is very quiet and the common room is very pleasant, very well equipped to have a good time (games, aperitif, reading, etc.). The spa is the little extra after a day of walking. I highly recommend this place to relax.

we had a very pleasant stay, the apartment was very clean, well-equipped, well-located (900 m from the beach) and safe place...bakery, shops, restaurants, pharmacy etc. in the street...free parking.... i recommend it.
