In 350 m Entfernung beginnt der schöne Kraichgau. Die Wohnung wird nach jedem Aufenthalt mit einem Delphin Wassersauger nass gereinigt.

Welcome to Villa Maria, our fairy tale guest house in a calm location next to the forest and with a vast garden in the village Lauterbourg in Northern Alsace, France. It's just 5 min by foot to the heart of the village with a couple of bakeries, restaurants, a grocery store and small shops, or 10 min to the beach & lake. It's only 2 min by car from Germany, and a perfect location for exploring the Rhine border region Karlsruhe-Strasbourg, or for a rest on the way when travelling across Europe.

Rülzheim is characterized above all by its central location in the middle of Karlsruhe, Landau and Speyer as well as its proximity to Alsace, the wine road and the Palatinate Forest... Rülzheim itself has all the necessary shops, banks, doctors, cafes and restaurants...in the recreational area is also the Alla-Hopp complex and a beautiful swimming lake... an ideal starting point for many beautiful activities!

Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

A small (approx. 45 square meters) but nice attic apartment on the second floor. Quiet, non-smoking apartment in a two-family home. From two nights, €60 per night for up to two people, each additional person €10 per night (max. Occupancy 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children on the sofa bed). Long-term rental on request. Hand/bath towels are provided and are changed once a week. Bed linen, dishtowels at no extra charge. In the courtyard there is a table with chairs.

Whether hiking in the Palatinate, a few days of wellness or the tranquility of nature right outside the front door - a lot can be combined in this accommodation. The pool is particularly popular with our guests as it provides refreshment after sauna and walks. Privacy is also particularly appreciated, as both the pool and sauna and garden are available for exclusive use. The pool can be used all year round, but is not heated. A hot tub is not available.

Velux windows with electric shutters ensure a light-flooded and pleasant atmosphere. Parquet flooring. Branded kitchen with dining area. Bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Next to the sleeping area there is a walk-in closet.

Our cozy apartment "hevianna" (approx. 70 square meters) is located in a quiet location in the old town in Leopoldshafen and close to the KIT Campus Nord. It combines the charm of an old half-timbered house with the amenities of a modern apartment (such as dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven and induction cooktop). We look forward to hosting you and offering you a wonderful stay and time to relax.

Holiday room with bathroom and separate entrance

Take a little break in our lovingly furnished holiday room. The room is located on the basement of our detached house and with its 25 sqm has everything you need for a short stay. The room has its own entrance (not accessible) and is locked by our living area. It is equipped with a double bed (160x200), desk, kitchen and seating area. In the private bathroom, there are towels and hair dryers.
