Holiday rentals with breakfast in Leinster

Susan and Nigel's place is outstanding! Charming and elegant, amazing attention to detail, cozy and comfortable. A great location, with a few pubs and restaurants within walking distance, plus so much within a short drive. No trouble parking right out front. Our only regret was that the rain prevented us from enjoying the patio out back. We felt privileged to stay in this lovely home, surrounded by art.

Great place, has everything you need. The hosts were really responsive and helpful and made sure we had plenty of stuff for our baby whilst we were there i.e travel cot and high chair. We would definitely consider coming back!

We only stayed one night but had a lovely family evening in front of a roaring log fire, a great sleep surrounded by total quiet and then a great breakfast looking out across the valley. The Christmas tree and decorations were up and we really liked how the home was both incredibly spacious but also very homely. Loved it all!

Mary's little church retreat is a beautifully renovated and tastefully decorated space in the Irish countryside, while being located at only about an hour's drive away from Dublin airport. It was the perfect get-away for us; spacious as well as incredibly cozy. Mary was so hospitable and lovely. Would definitely come back.

Staying at Bari and Fran's home was one of my favorite Airbnb experiences ever. Not only were we greeted by Barry who was incredibly friendly and gracious, we were totally taken with his beautiful home, the grounds, and just how lovely everything was. One of the highlights of our stay, however, has to be the warmest and friendliest greeting by Susie, Barry and Fran's amazing boxer dog. She truly made our stay feel right at home. I couldn't recommend Bari and friends place more. I truly hope one day I'll be back for Susie to greet us again.

A great place to stay to explore the Waterford area. Lovely 2 storey annexe, very modern, supper clean and very well equipped. Located in a quiet area of Grantstown, 2 miles south of Waterford. A ‘welcome’ pack of cereal, ‘blaa’ buns, milk, jams, orange juice, tea, coffee etc were very much appreciated. All in all, a very comfortable place to stay.

Great place, a little out of town, but we had a car so no problem. Peaceful, had everything we needed plus a few extras. Gina is a great host.

Location, location, location. We stayed at Helen's apartment for 4 nights in June 2025. First off, Helen was very communicative and extremely friendly in her messages before we arrived. She met us at the meeting place and gave us an informative overview of the area and tour of the property. We were 4 adults and the property was very comfortable. The bedrooms / beds were comfortable as well. A nice central room with dining table and couches - and a kitchen with dishwasher / washer / dryer and microwave. We appreciated the Nespresso machine. Although we didn't cook ourselves (with all the take-away options and pubs nearby), the kitchen was well stocked with condiments, etc.,. The bathrooms were clean and functional. However what is really impressive about the property is the location. Right across from Christchurch with airport and local bus connections. Walkable to all the sights like Temple, Trinity, Liffey, the Liberties, Guiness / Roe & Co. And views from the bedrooms!

Sheila's place was wonderful! She gave attention to modern tasteful decor. The instructions made it very easy to find. It is walkable to some great pubs and restaurants and parks and walkways. The traditional Irish music of the area is excellent! Adare lived up to its award-winning reputation, numerous historical sites, a lovely wooded park and an additional walkway by the river. Just 30 minutes from the Shannon Airport, great for those coming and going. Sheila was friendly and responsive and worked with us on check-in times. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. it was quiet location but so close to town. lovely. stay! Highly recommend!

The Coach House was a great place to stay. It was exactly as described. Sally was responsive and took care of everything we needed! The grounds are lovely and the cottage is beautiful. I can't say enough good things about Sally. She is a pleasant hostess and takes great care of the cottage and her guests.

we enjoyed our time here, it was close to the town so it was accessible to shops and pubs. the place was spotless clean and the bed was so comfortable. the best part was the labrador that always came to say hello! not that we needed it, but there’s no kitchen just incase someone is looking to make some food at home. enjoyed our stay, would love to come back!

This was our best experience from over 50 Airbnb stays Rupert was the perfect host. Responsive (usually minutes) and met us in person which I really appreciated. He let us have a super early check in and let us check out late too. He even posted back a necklace I’d left behind and wouldn’t take payment The flat is perfect. Really clean and so well equipped and everything works first time (no difficult locks or a TV that needs a random selection of buttons pressing on 3 different remotes). There was a generous welcome pack of breakfast supplies, milk and bagels but there is a Tesco opposite that is well stocked Already planning our next stay!

Perfect for anyone wanting to stay in the city centre for a quick visit! Nice restaurants/coffee/supermarkets nearby all within walking distance. Central to tourist attractions too. The bread, tea, milk and biscuits Gordon left for our arrival was a lovely ‘Irish’ touch.

Everything we wanted to see was within 15 min walk which was super handy. The place was comfortable and clean and we had a great stay!

New Thatch Farm is gorgeous. It has been beautifully renovated by Sonia and we wished we could have stayed longer than one night. Highly recommended.

Staying at Gareth's in Stoneybatter was the start of our 3-week road trip through Ireland, and we couldn't have asked for a better start. What a lovely room, apartment, neighbourhood... and most importantly, what a fantastic host! Gareth was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. He had some brilliant recommendations for local spots in Stoneybatter and great tips for the rest of our trip around Ireland. We loved hearing his stories; he's genuinely such a great person to chat with. Gareth prepared a delicious breakfast spread, and it was such a pleasant way to start our day. We really appreciated the effort he put into making us feel at home. We wholeheartedly recommend staying with Gareth. He made our first few days in Ireland truly memorable. Thanks for everything, Gareth!

Agnes is a lovely and very caring host. We felt right at home, everything was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was more then we could have asked for. She also has a bunch of recommendations for Kilkenny and surroundings. We will definitely come back should we be in Ireland again and can only recommend a stay at her house :)

Un bien bel endroit Authentique et tenu par la même famille depuis des siècles Un bon petit déjeuner Une literie confortable Un charme magnifique. Peu de chambres et donc peu de monde dans le château. C’est un bonheur Les hôtes sont très accueillants et réactifs Les jardins sont superbes et c’est agréable de s’y balader le soir en y étant seuls. Ça fait plaisir de voir des châteaux irlandais qui ne sont pas encore transformés en hôtel ! Bravo

Mon copain et moi avons séjourné 1 mois dans le meilleur Airbnb d’Irlande qu’il pouvait y avoir. Nous 2 sommes Français, qui parlait à peine anglais, mais Uve et son mari nous ont super bien accueillit : on s’est senti chez nous. La chambre, la cuisine et la salle de bain sont super. C’est aussi génial de pouvoir parler avec les autres convives, cela nous a permis d’améliorer notre anglais. Je vous recommande fortement se logement et remercie cette famille, ainsi que le super Blackie, de nous avoir si bien accueilli !

Wir haben drei Nächte bei Bernie und Vincent verbracht und wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl und herzlich empfangen gefühlt. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, unter Anderem dank der selbstgebackenen Scones und des selbstgemachten Müslis. Bernie und Vincent waren sehr herzlich und konnten uns gute Tipps für die Umgebung für Unternehmungen, als auch für Restaurants geben. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

I came for just one night, wet and slightly muddy from a tour up in the mountains. And what did I find? A beautiful house, clean, picturesque, homely, a nice hot shower and a very friendly and forthcoming Ann, who gave me time to settle down, but was always there for a talk, offering tea and advice about what to see next day. Breakfast next morning was marvellously delicious, with fruit (i.e. strawberries!), muesli, yoghurt, homemade breads, spreads, and also porridge and sausages, if one liked. There really was nothing to be wished for, except a longer stay...
