Our lovingly restored and converted stone barn. Our aim is for guests to experience a historic and traditional Irish country home, while enjoying the comforts of modern living. We have SKYTV, DVD and WIFI but we can also offer the peace and quiet of the rural Irish countyside. Three double bedrooms compliment a spacious open plan ground floor. With its own grounds and parking, this stone property is on the edge of three counties and perfect for exploring the ancient south east and its coast.

Set on the grounds of a 200 acre working farm, Parklodge Mews dates back to 1760. Its careful renovation incorporates the farm’s original hen house, making this a quaint and quirky getaway. This cosy cottage, located off the beaten track, includes a living area with its own wood burning stove, a kitchen and a double en-suite bedroom upstairs, with scenic views and comfortable sleeping accommodation. This is a self- catering holiday property; guests will have the property to themselves.

The fact that we are in The Midlands, makes it's the perfect location to visit other counties from, as everywhere is within only a few hours drive. Although “The Barn” is private I'm always on hand. Nestled snugly on our farm at the end of a country lane, surrounded by gardens & lush countryside. Walk the towpaths of Borris, venture up Mt Leinster, enjoy the quaint pubs of Clonegal. Kilkenny City is a must.
