Holiday rentals with lake access in Leipheim

Honestly Claudia's place must be one of the best AirBnBs I've ever stayed in; perfectly proportioned, bed was magic, kitchen had just everything you'd need, garden was beautiful. Sitting area was perfectly cozy. Location-wise, it was without fault: gorgeous area, beautiful views, 3 very good restaurants within walking distance and a takeaway that did absolutely everything (even the pizza was great), and the village shop was fantastic. Claudia herself looked after us perfectly - great recommendations (especially Bad Saulgau and Bad Buchau - absolutely amazing) and I got to soak in my favourite hot frothy water in both locations. It feels like it's only half an hour from anywhere interesting (maybe a bit more for Friedrichshafen). Fantastic weather helped too, but it was amazing.

Albert is a very friendly and accommodating host, he even picked me up from the train station and immediately gave me (several) tips on where to rent a bike;-) Furthermore, there was a coffee machine and a tea kettle in the hallway for the guests. The house is situated on the outskirts very idyllic and beautifully quiet. The city center can be easily reached in a few minutes on foot, by bus or, as in my case, by bike, in a few minutes. I was able to relax immediately and felt very comfortable right away. From the rich offer of the media library, everyone will find something for their taste if you want to chill or bridge possible rainy days. I highly recommend this place;-)

This is the perfect location for a good night's rest before driving to Austria for skiing or even just to explore the lovely town of Ulm and enjoy their delicious steak restaurants. Zhenya was a lovely host who has very clean and well decorated rooms. 5/5 would stay again!

We stayed with a group of friends for a few days – and it was just great! The entire house was very clean, lovingly decorated and has a very special atmosphere with its unique wooden flair. The location directly on the water is fantastic and offers many opportunities for activities and excursions. A real highlight was the stiltsauna – an experience we will not soon forget! The host Michael was super friendly, very helpful and communication in advance as well as on site went absolutely smoothly. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Thank you for this great time!

Very welcoming host, very nice and is there if we need help. Irsee is very nice to visit and we are close to Kaufbeuren and other cities so we are well located. I recommend it!

We spent a peaceful and heartwarming time in this beautiful cottage by the lake.
The house is charming and thoughtfully arranged, with so much care in every detail. The surrounding nature is pure serenity — birdsong, stillness, and the lake just a short walk away. It’s a perfect place to rest, recharge, and enjoy the beauty of the moment. A very special thank you to Sarah and Thomas, who were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. A cottage in the countryside, perfect for a little break. Since the oil mill is located in a cul-de-sac, it is wonderfully quiet there during the week. We felt at home right away upon arrival and first enjoyed the terrace overlooking the trout pond. The equipment is as described and everything worked well. There is a hut on the farm with farm products. There you can buy eggs, jam, syrup, smoked fish and drinks. The area offers many excursion destinations, and if you like, you can also hike directly from there or use the sauna in the rain. Restaurants and a supermarket can be found in the surrounding villages. The hosts were very friendly and the check-in was easy. We would have liked to have stayed longer.

We were there as a group of 5 people for 3 nights in the accommodation, which surprised us positively with its charming, functional and yet refreshing decor ;) The sympathetic Scandinavian style can be found like a red path in all rooms! (Photos corresponding to reality) Not to forget - the secluded green idyll all around. -A dream- Absolutely recommend! Thank you very much.

A nice apartment in a quiet environment and yet you can quickly get to the city center. Very good mattresses, we slept wonderfully. We were in Augsburg to see the World Heritage Site water management system. We enjoyed it very much. Rana was always easy to reach if there were any questions.

Our stay at the apartment was very comfortable. María and her husband went out of their way to make us feel welcome and ensure everything was perfect. There were a couple of small challenges at the beginning, like replacing the washing machine and water heater, but everything was handled quickly, smoothly, and with great care—everything is now brand new. The view from the window each morning is breathtaking, and we really enjoyed walking by the nearby lake. We were also kindly offered the use of their private bicycles and kayak, which added to the experience. We would definitely love to stay here again!

A truly fantastic accommodation where you feel completely comfortable from minute 1. The view of nature, the tranquility, the location slightly away from the village, surrounded by trees… Absolutely perfect if you want to switch off. In the accommodation you will find everything you need - but also nothing more. So it's very tidy and clean. The apartment was decorated with a lot of love. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was cozy warm and large - and then just this view! I will definitely be back and look forward to it! Thank you for having me as your guest ❤️

We had wonderful days and would be happy to come back! It was relaxing and very interesting at the farm. We saw and learned a lot. Our sons were totally thrilled and had hundreds of questions, all patiently and with exciting stories. The surroundings are fantastic and you can do a lot of beautiful things

We had a nice little break. We really liked the folder with the most important information and tips about the region. Our desired goals were good and quickly achievable.

Ha joooo, last time, everything was great. I felt at home. The old town is within walking distance, otherwise Lake Brombach is also not far away to carry out further activities. I'd love to do it again, if the calendar allows. Kind regards 👋
