Έχει θέα προς το Ικάριο πέλαγος με υπέροχα ηλιοβασιλέματα, αλλά και προς το λιμάνι της Σκάλας. Διαθέτει ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει από 3-6 άτομα. Περιλαμβάνει χώρο υποδοχής με καναπέ που γίνεται διπλό κρεββάτι, ενιαίο καθιστικό με πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, 2 υπνοδωμάτια και μπάνιο. Έχει A/C, WiFi, συνδρομητική TV και πλυντήριο ρούχων.

Το ισόγειο αυτό διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στην περιοχή Χοχλακάς στην Σκάλα 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την κεντρική πλατεία! Βρισκεται 7 περίπου λεπτά από το κέντρο της Σκάλας και από την κοντινότερη παραλία. Κοντά στο σπίτι υπάρχει αρτοποιείο μανάβικο και σούπερ μάρκετ. Η παραλία Μελόι είναι στα 2 λεπτά μακριά με το Αυτοκίνητο και το Αγριολιβαδι στα 6.
