The house contains, among other things, four bedrooms, a cozy living room and kitchen, two bathrooms and a laundry room. Outside you will find a large terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings, good sun conditions and a private jetty. The house is located on Leines in Leirfjord which is about 10 km from the center of Sandnessjøen. There is parking at the property with charging facility. Possibilities to rent kayak, SUP and canoe.

Family cabin from 2020. 84 sqm. Gravel road/tractor road with parking at the cabin. The cabin has amenities such as fiber, TV, washing machine and shower. Several hiking areas, both to the mountains and hiking inside Randalen. Several fishing waters nearby. Swimming possible in the river next to the cabin. Approximately 30 min drive to Sandnessjøen, 35 min drive to Mosjøen, and 15 min to the ferry connection Levang-Nesna. A great starting point for holidays and accommodation in Helgeland. The nearest grocery store is at Bunnpris and Coop Prix at Leland.

Litlehaug - Bodilbu

Welcome to Bodilbu! Bodilbu was originally my grandfather's carpenter's shop when I was a child. Nowadays it is a unique and very cozy cottage with space for 2-3 people. Possibilities for extra bed if desired. Kitchenette, living room with dining area and sofa, and sleeping area with family bed. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, heating cables in the floor. WiFi, towels and bedding included. Free use of the gazebo located nearby, there is a gas grill and plenty of space to prepare meals.

Hiking, fishing and tranquility in Helgeland

Ønsker du stillhet, dyreliv, fiske og naturskjønne omgivelser på Helgeland, er denne hytta noe for deg. Hytte bygd i 2014. Flott turterreng både til fjells og i dalen. Mye bær og sopp, og rikelig fugleliv og fiskevann. Man kan bade og fiske i Røyrtjønna, liten innsjø rett nedenfor hytte, også bade i Ranelva. Ca 20 min kjøring til Sandnessjøen, 25 min til Mosjøen, og 15 min til ferjesambandet Levang-Nesna. 7 min fra Toventunell. Et flott utgangspunkt for feriering og overnatting på Helgeland.

Laksebakken

Hytta har et fint utgangspunkt for laksefiske i sesong, turer i skog og mark eller bare rolige dager. Romslig stue, to soverom og hems. Toalettrom i uthus med toalett og dusj. Muligheter for laksefiske og sjøørretfiske i Leirelva i sesong. Ca. 2 km. til Storvatnet. Her er det fint å padle, bade og fiske. Robåt tilgjengelig i sommersesongen. Fine turmuligheter langs vei, i skog og mark eller fjelltopper; både Klampen (720 moh.), Husfjellet (465 moh.), og Vågafjellet (315 moh.)

Kalvhagen Lavvo

Overnatt i Lavvo, med god seng, (2 stk 90cm rammemadrasser satt sammen eller fra hverandre) sengetøy og håndklær inkludert i prisen. Beroligende å lytte til fuglesang, vann som bruser i fra bekken like ved , utsikt mot sjøen. Sti til fjære for bad i sjøen, bade i ferskt vann i bekken, Utedo. Elg og rådyr kan passere, ørn seiler over og finner sin utkikksplass i grana bortenfor for følge med om noen fisker på fjorden. Koke kaffe og lage maten din på bål eller på gassbrenner.

Here you can relax! Restored Nordland house from 1740/1890, which oozes old charm. You have half the house with its own entrance, living room, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom, and 3 bedrooms. Beautiful old garden and large lawn areas for play and fun. Or maybe you want to borrow a book, relax in the hammock, or sit on the beach and just enjoy the midnight sun and life in the tide?

Cottage by the lake

Cabin in the immediate vicinity of the lake with stunning views of idyllic Sundøya. Sleeps up to 6 people. Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor. Bedroom 2 with access via ladder. Bedroom 3 is also on the ground floor. Window to be replaced, until further notice it cannot be closed completely in this room. Duvets, pillows, towels and bed linen included.

Skogan

The house is a 100 years old timber house with good ceiling height. Good space, both and outdoor. Visiting farm as the closest neighbor. Nice base for excursions on southern Helgeland. The house is completely renovated on the outside and can be used throughout the year.
