Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of space for fun. Large detached house with a fantastic location by the sea. The house contains, among other things, four bedrooms, a cozy living room and kitchen, two bathrooms and a laundry room. Outside you will find a large terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings, good sun conditions and a private jetty. The house is located on Leines in Leirfjord which is about 10 km from the center of Sandnessjøen. There is parking at the property with charging facility. Possibilities to rent kayak, SUP and canoe.

Fjordhuset on the Helgeland coast

It is an old timber house that is over 100 years old. The house was renovated in 2024. The house has 2 floors. Beautiful view over the fjord from the window. Plenty of space inside and outside. Fagervika is a rural area located at the outlet of Ranfjorden. The house has a large terrace with barbecue and outdoor furniture. On the first floor there is a possibility for 1 sleeping place if needed. Boat and fishing are possible, but must be booked in advance. Large parking lot, 2 hiking trails, boat for rent. The hiking area "Brunnesset in Fagervika", German coastal fort.

Løkta on the Helgeland Coast.

House for rent on the island of Løkta on the Helgeland coast. Here you can relax in rural surroundings. We have five ferry arrivals to and from Sandnessjøen. I registered the house with room for 6, but if you want to live a little cramped it is possible for 8 people to sleep in the house. The house is located 5 km from the ferry dock, and it is an excellent island to cycle around. We have about 1.2 miles of road around the island. The house is located on a farm, so there will be some noise from time to time.

Velkommen til Gammelstuen – en sjarmerende bolig med sjel og historie, plassert sentralt i Leirfjord, kun 1 km fra Leland. Her bor du landlig til samtidig som du har kort vei til butikker, kafé og andre fasiliteter. Kjøkken, oppholdsrom og soveplasser. Området byr på flotte turmuligheter, både i fjell og ved sjø. På sommeren kan du nyte midnattssola, og på vinteren er det gode sjanser for å se nordlys. Kort avstand til Sandnessjøen og Mosjøen, gir et fint utgangspunkt for å utforske Helgeland.

Hiking, fishing and tranquility in Helgeland

Ønsker du stillhet, dyreliv, fiske og naturskjønne omgivelser på Helgeland, er denne hytta noe for deg. Hytte bygd i 2014. Flott turterreng både til fjells og i dalen. Mye bær og sopp, og rikelig fugleliv og fiskevann. Man kan bade og fiske i Røyrtjønna, liten innsjø rett nedenfor hytte, også bade i Ranelva. Ca 20 min kjøring til Sandnessjøen, 25 min til Mosjøen, og 15 min til ferjesambandet Levang-Nesna. 7 min fra Toventunell. Et flott utgangspunkt for feriering og overnatting på Helgeland.

Laksebakken

Hytta har et fint utgangspunkt for lakse- og sjøørretfiske i sesong, turer i skog og mark eller bare rolige dager. Romslig stue, to soverom + hems. Toalettrom i uthus med toalett og dusj. Muligheter for laksefiske og sjøørretfiske i Leirelva i sesong. Ca. 2 km. til Storvatnet. Her er det fint å padle, bade og fiske. Robåt tilgjengelig i sommersesongen. Fine turmuligheter langs vei, i skog og mark eller fjelltopper; både Klampen (720 moh.), Husfjellet (465 moh.), og Vågafjellet (315 moh.)

Here you can relax! Restored Nordland house from 1740/1890, which oozes old charm. You have half the house with its own entrance, living room, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom, and 3 bedrooms. Beautiful old garden and large lawn areas for play and fun. Or maybe you want to borrow a book, relax in the hammock, or sit on the beach and just enjoy the midnight sun and life in the tide?

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful residence. Unique hiking opportunities, short distance to many of Helgeland's attractions. Opportunities for fishing in the immediate vicinity, boat rental can be done at Sjøbakken Camping, which is nearby. Berry picking, mountain hiking, mushroom picking in the "backyard"
