Cozy cottage, 3 rooms and kitchen, with beach location on a genuine valley farm by Lake Siljan. Here, you can start the day with a swim in Lake Siljan. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a tiled stove, a fully equipped spacious rural kitchen and a toilet room with a washing machine. Upstairs, there is a TV room, a second bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The cottage has a patio facing the yard and a south-facing terrace with stunning views of the water. Bed linens and towels and cleaning upon departure are included in the price.

Newly built accommodation in a quiet and rural environment 100 meters from Siljan in Laknäs Tällberg. The proximity to Tällberg provides a wide range of restaurants, spa and cultural experiences as well as hiking trails, skiing and ice skating. The nearest swimming area is at Tällbergs Camping or at Laknäs Ångbåtsbrygga. In the nearby area, there are also several other well-known excursion destinations such as Dalhalla, Falu mine, Zorn farm, Vasaloppsmålet, Romme Alpin, Carl Larsson farm, Orsa Grönklitt, and more.

Family-friendly house

Your family will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally located home. The house has four bedrooms and a basement with additional sleeping options (during the summer). Close to playgrounds, Siljan and city center. Our two rabbits, Oboy and Epa-Jocke, also live on the farm and would be delighted if you could take care of them during your stay. The house will not be rented out to younger adults/teenagers. No parties allowed. Guests must clean before checking out! Towels/linens not included

Relax in this unique and quiet home. Apartment for rent. Newly built in 2019. 150 meters to Elljusspår, outdoor gym and start of Vildmarksleden. 1 km to Dössberget's inn and fairy tale trail. About 5-10 minutes by car to Bjursås Berg och Sjö. 1.5 km walk to the ski center. Sleeps 4. Double bed, one single bed, plus two beds in sofa bed. (Can provide more beds with travel beds if needed). Wood-fired sauna available. Can be purchased for cleaning and rental of bed linen/towels. Smoke and pet-free.

Välkommen till vår villa i Leksand! Huset ligger på bekvämt gångavstånd till både centrum och den vackra Siljan. Villan har 3 rymliga sovrum och en bäddsoffa i allrum uppe. Finns även 2 enklare extrasängar. Modernt kök ,ett stort vardagsrum och matrum. 2 duschar 3 toaletter.Barnvänliga bekvämligheter som barnstol, och leksaker finns på plats. Huset hyrs inte ut till yngre vuxna/tonåringar. Fester är ej tillåtet. Nära till allt Leksand har att erbjuda, från kulturella sevärdheter till äventyr.

Här är det enkelt att trivas! Sängen är nybäddad med lakan när ni anländer och rena handdukar framlagda. Detta är en riktigt mysig stuga på 27 kvm med nyrenoverat badrum och kök, samt veranda på 29 kvm med storslagen utsikt över Siljan. Stugan ligger på privat tomt (5 000 kvm) i den vackra byn Sunnanäng, Leksand. Byn ligger längst med Siljan, 10 minuter till centrala Leksand och lika nära till Tällberg. Det finns fina promenadstigar längst med sjön Siljan i närheten, både sommar och vinter.

The villa has its own private patio with garden furniture and barbecue. Ample free parking. Walking distance to central Leksand with train and bus station, shops, restaurants, etc. Five minutes' walk to swimming areas by Lake Siljan. Close to Leksand Summerland with fun for the whole family! Amusement park with rides, water park and challenging activities.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway with personal decor in Dala style. The cottage is located with amazing views of Siljan. On the property, the host couple lives in a house and there is a large garden that provides privacy. The accommodation includes toilet, shower, sauna, charcoal grill and outdoor furniture. There is a double bed in a separate bedroom and sofa bed with two beds in the living room. Cleaning is not included in the price and must be done before check-out.
