Located on a highly desirable street, the house is perched high above Curry Creek offering spectacular water views from every room. The property includes a boat ramp to avoid the public launch. Three kayaks (two tandems and one single). Two miles from Nokomis Beach and only half a mile from The Legacy Bike Trail. This apartment is a first-floor unit with an open floor plan that sleeps 2 with a maximum of 4 people. The bed makeup in this rental is a king bed in the master and a queen size sofa sleeper. This rental is great for longer stays or guests who like to cook since you have a full kitchen and all the items to cook any meal. There is a washer/dryer in the apartment. Beach chairs and umbrellas are supplied to you at no charge. This is a duplex and has another 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment above you.

This 2.2 cottage located on 10+ acres features waterfront view and ample parking. Tranquility and paradise intersect here. There are multiple buildings on site, so you may see other guests. There are kayaks and canoes on property. First come first serve. There is a boat ramp on property you are welcome to use for boats or kayaks. No smoking and No animals. We are a farm, so we cannot allow outside animals to the property.
