Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lenexa

Nice little quaint place and super clean. Shower in Master Bathroom was absolutely amazing! Both beds extremely comfortable as well and we were told about a few places near us that were convenient and helpful. Holy Grounds coffee is excellent!

2 bedroom, 2 bath for us two couples with nice size bedrooms. Spacious living and dining combination room. Kitchen was good sized and was well appointed with dishes, coffee maker, and pots & pans. We were there for a wedding in Bonner Springs. Our 4 night stay included some tourist sights and wedding events in downtown KC which was a less than a 30 minute drive away. We would definitely stay there again.

Great apartment for 2 people to spend time in Downtown KC! The host Caleb was very responsive and had great check in instructions! Street car access is close and there is so much to do! Plenty of Uber and Lyft cars around if you need to go further out of the city. Place was nice and clean, and security staff were very helpful and friendly! Had a dead battery when we went to leave and security had us back on the road in less than 45 minutes! Thank you for that! Checking in is a simple process but can be confusing if you don’t read the instructions carefully! Building is a bit confusing when you first arrive but we had it down after a few times leaving and returning! If I had to find one bad with this place it would be the squeaky metal bed frame. While the mattress is comfortable, the bed frame needs to be tightened, and have some WD-40 treatment. 4.8 out of 5 for sure will be using again when visiting downtown KC again! Cheers

Clean, secure, safe, cozy. Cool area by the Library. The Streetcar (free) stops directly outside the building. This spot is not in the dead center of the restaurant districts, which just means it's a little quieter. You can get to the trendy parts of downtown with a 5-20-minute walk (or a 3-10-minute Streetcar ride). So, great location. The apartment is super clean. Everything works and looks nearly brand new. It's a well-kept space. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, smart TVs in the bedroom and living room. No concerns about security. Parking is in a gated deck beside the apartment. The security guard on duty is incredibly helpful - don't hesitate to call them for help finding the parking (if needed) or a general overview of the building. The gym in the building is well-equipped with a variety of machines and weights. Saved me a drive to Planet Fitness. Savannah was quick to respond to any questions I had and communicated well. Bonus: The shower heads are great for people 3'-8' tall!

Rob and Brenda had a very nice spot in downtown KC. We had a concert at the T-Mobile Center and it was really nice to walk over. Plus there are a multitude of wonderful restaurants in the area, as well as, the apartment is situated close to the river market district!

My friends and I loved staying here. We had stayed for a week to celebrate a birthday and the place was very cozy and clean. The furnishings were great, and our hosts were very receptive and friendly. They had even gotten a bonfire started in the fire pit for us so we could enjoy their lovely patio in the back yard. The location is safe and walkable, with a restaurant plaza within walking distance full of great options. For the price, location, and all of the amenities, this place is a gem to say at, and Brian and Kari were gracious hosts who made sure we stayed comfortable for the entire stay. Would highly recommend!

This was a wonderful solo retreat location. I loved having both a front and rear balcony to sit on and read and enjoy the beautiful weather. I've been to the area before and knew I wanted to be within walking distance of the downtown and small shops. The local was perfect and the privacy was excellent. Having a front main security door and then a security door to the apartment made everything feel very safe but still easily accessible. There was both a parking lot and on-street parking in immediate proximity to the building on a picturesque street. Amenities were excellent and the host was friendly in any messages needs. Highly recommend a stay here

I had a great stay at this bungalow! It has all the amenities needed for a safe, cozy, and comfortable stay. It’s also a really nice looking little place. Easy to get to everything in Eudora, yet secluded enough for quietude. Very simple to keep clean and organized! I’m grateful for Melissa and this awesome little place! Easy parking access through the alley in the back! I could back my car easily to the porch to load and unload my stuff. This was so much nicer than my hotel stays in the past!

The house was exactly as described. Quiet neighborhood location. Clean, well stocked. We weren’t traveling with small children, but if we were this home had that covered! High chair, pack n play, even some toys… would be great for a young family. I do wish there had been shampoo in the bathrooms - we had to run out to grab some since we forgot. Otherwise, everything was perfect!! Would absolutely stay again.

We stayed here over Easter Weekend. The house was big enough for my whole family of eight. Plenty of space to move around. My adults sons loved the nerf guns. Plenty of games at the house to keep everyone engaged. Close to entertainment and restaurants. Weather didn’t permit us to utilize the back deck and yard but looked very nice. The only down side for us was the check out time is 10 am.

This stay was great! Host was super responsive and house was gorgeous. Walkable to some locations including an ice cream shop and drivable to several others easily. Would stay again

Very unique property. Great location. Although not walkable, a short drive and we were visiting the areas we had on our itinerary.The property was very unique, great attention was given to every detail. Robbin was very responsive and easy to get in touch with.

Patrick is a great host, he was very responsive and friendly, and everything with check out/check in went perfectly smooth thanks to the details he provided. The home is so cute and so is the neighborhood! We all felt safe and had no concerns about our surroundings. It was clear that the home is well kept and it was very clean for us when we arrived. I also felt like it was quite a bit more spacious in person than I expected based off of the pictures which was a plus! I would recommend this AirBNB to anyone and I’d stay again myself in a heartbeat!

Laura’s place was very clean. Nicely updated. Met all our needs. kids love the Pac-Man.. plenty of beds and bedrooms wish we could’ve spent more time on the deck. Thinking about renting it for next year already

I can't rave enough about these hosts. I had a lot of questions and they were prompt to respond. I also worked with them to have birthday decorations hanging for my daughter as a surprise when we arrived. From the weeks before to the trip, everything about my interactions with them was 5-star. The one piece of feedback I have for anyone considering this as a stay is that if you have any mobility issues, it might not be the right place for you because of the inconsistency of the elevator working. It worked when we got there, then broke, was fixed and broke again within a few hours. The stairwell is winding and narrow and I know it's out of the control of the hosts, but it's something to keep in mind. That being said, even though it was out of their control they did issue me a small refund for the inconvenience.

Definitely a one of a kind great vibe inside and out! Plus, La Bodega, a tapa spot that has been around for years, sits right across the street and couldn't be a better match for this Airbnb! In addition, it's clear that Jake pays just as much attention to his hosting skills as he does to the details in this unique place. Well worth the stay!

A friend of mine and I were on a research trip and we had the pleasure of staying in this lovely apartment. Many cool places were a short 15-20 minute walk and the electric rail was easy to use as well. We had plenty of space to spread out for independent desk work and the living area was comfortable for cooking dinner and watching tv. It was very helpful to have the laundry on site, too! I would definitely stay here again.

This place was very charming, welcoming and had lots of natural sunlight. It had plenty of space for what we needed it for. It was perfect for a little getaway! The hostess was friendly and communicated in a timely manner. Had no issues at all and would definitely recommend it to others. I hope to stay there again!

A tremendous host and a fantastic rental. Kansas City is an underrated American city and this location puts you right in the heart of it all!
