In summer, you will enjoy the small terrace with its plancha as well as the air conditioning. It crosses a river where the gentle sound of flowing water will delight you on summer evenings. Completely restored with contemporary materials, composed of a floor with two large bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet, an open equipped kitchen and a large living room. On the ground floor, an independent 35 m2 studio with a bedroom, a bathroom, a separate toilet. There is also a 300 m2 garden, a summer lounge, as well as an 8 m long heated slate pool, out of sight.
