Our house consists of two apartments and is located south of Vienna. By car or bus/train, the transport connection to Vienna is provided. The apartment on the upper floor is available for our guests. Shared use: house entrance (but own apartment entrance door), garden, pool (in summer in good weather, not heated and not secured)

It is located in an absolutely green location in the noble suburb of Hietzing, where Schönbrunn Palace and Sissi's Hermesvilla are also located. Parking with a carport is available, as well as a 40 m² sun terrace. 3 bedrooms and 1 living room can accommodate up to 8 guests. The bus station to the U4 (U-Bahn) is only 2 minutes' walk away.

The 650 m² garden invites you to sports activities, yoga or simply to relax. There is a municipal swimming pool just across the street. A shopping mall and several restaurants are very close. The U1 subway line is a 5-minute walk away and takes you to the city center in approx. 20 minutes to the city center.

The house has 3 bedrooms with large double beds, a living room, a kitchen with dining area and a fully renovated bathroom with large shower.
