Direct access from the living room to the terrace (20 square meters) with a generous seating set. Bus to Vienna (city limit 3 km/center 20) runs every half hour. Two supermarkets on site. The house has 3 bedrooms with large double beds, a living room, a kitchen with dining area and a fully renovated bathroom with large shower.
