Holiday rentals with a patio in Lepetani

The place is beautiful with spectacular view of the bay and mountains- breathtaking ! The place is very clean - spacious, has everything you will need. Vera is super nice- extremely helpful as a person, but also very kind hearted, guided us really well on going about the local areas, stayed up late for us to check in.

We had an amazing 3 week stay here :) you can walk 10 paces and jump in the water, it’s amazing. We were working while we were here, and the wifi was strong and the balcony was a perfect workspace with an amazing view. We would definitely come stay again :)

We felt like home! Natalia and Aleksei, and everybody else did everything so that our stay was enjoyable. They were always there, literally, for every instance, big and small. My daughter liked it the most: kids and adults to play with, nice facilities, especially the swimming pool, very safe - I was at ease with everybody around! Yet we had our privacy. Absolute gem of a place. Perfect location, only 15 mins into to the old town. The apartment had everything you required, with little beautiful touches plus stunning views. Angelina was the most welcoming host, super friendly and always there if you needed help. We will sure be back the next time we visit Montenegro.

What an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that our host had put tremendous thought and care into every detail of our stay. The space was immaculately clean, you could tell that serious attention had been paid to every corner, from the sparkling bathroom fixtures to the dust-free surfaces throughout. Little touches like the pod coffee machine, soft towels, and blackout curtains showed real consideration for guest comfort. We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs over the years, and this one sets the bar high. Thank you for such a memorable stay!

This apartment has one of the most incredible views we’ve ever seen — you can enjoy both the sea and the mountains from every bedroom. It was our third time in Montenegro, and we can confidently say this place has the perfect location. The sea is just a 2-minute walk away, and there are plenty of shops nearby. A 20-minute walk takes you to Porto Montenegro, where you’ll find all the best spots for breakfast and dinner. The hosts were exceptionally attentive and always available if we needed anything. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay — and we’re already dreaming of coming back one day!

A wonderful stay and a highly responsive and friendly host. Stunning view and a very comfortable and clean house. Excellent pool, comfortable bedrooms. Kitchen was well equipped. A beautiful and well kept garden added to the outdoor ambiance. We enjoyed the location of being away from the busier areas around Kotor Bay but still easy to reach the various towns and beaches/waterfronts by car, which is essential.

I booked the house for my parents and their friends, à group of five. The house is big and comfort, have everything may need during the stay. It is in a relatively more quiet area but you may easy access to popular spots with less than 30 min drive. There is also ferry access allows you to get to Budva and Tivat easier. It’s a good stay to explore Montenegro

We’ve just got home from a lovely week. The villa is lovely, spacious and airy with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Some fabulous places to visit nearby. Car is essential. Lots of homely touches at the villa and a good sized pool area to enjoy. Excellent value for money and would definitely consider visiting again.

My family and I had a great time in Andjela's Vlla for two nights. The views are immaculate and the villa is pristine! It was nice to be in a quiet area after spending a long day in Kotor's busy streets. Overall, would highly recommend!

One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in! The view is absolutely breathtaking—pictures don't even come close to doing it justice. The jacuzzi was perfect, and there was hot water everywhere. The garden is huge and lovely, with a hammock and a beautiful lemon tree in the back. The interior of the house is spotless and beautifully designed. Everything was super clean and well-maintained. The location is also great, but I would definitely recommend having a car. Honestly, that goes for most of Montenegro—it’s best to rent a car to fully enjoy the area. The host was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. On our first day, we were surprised with a bottle of wine, which we thought was such a sweet gesture. There were also plenty of travel guidebooks left in the house, which was super helpful. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in was easy, and the flexibility with the timing made our trip even smoother.

We loved it here! Felt right at home from the beginning. Perfect for a family with two teenagers. We walked down to the small beach the first night and it was lovely not busy or touristy. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything is new and spotless. Beautiful views out of all the windows. Zdravko and his mom Bela were very responsive and kind. One of the BEST Airbnbs we’ve stayed at.

As a family with 2 children going abroad for the first time, the location of the house was very nice. We were comfortable because it had a private parking space. We went to Kotor old city by car. We had no trouble checking in. The host lady quickly answered every question we asked. In general, we were very satisfied

Superb accommodation in a quiet location a short drive away from Risan and Morinj which have all the amenities you need. The size of the house was the first thing that struck us on arrival, equalled by the tasteful decor but then topped by the magnificent views from the upper bedroom and lounge. The kitchen is well equipped, spotless and well used in our case with the roof terrace providing the perfect breakfast location. Anja was always very quick, helpful and friendly in her messages and provided a great recommendation for the Sunday Market in Risan which is well worth getting up early for, a great mooch followed by breakfast and coffee at the sea-front bar. If you're looking for classy accommodation in a quiet location with views to die for Anja's House is the perfect place

Great apartment and comfortable stay

My family spent a magical weekend in Montenegro and this place provided the perfect base for that. We walked easily to the beach, restaurants and sites. Very friendly town with breath-taking views from the apartment.

Very nice place, 100% as described, the host takes great care of customers, answers to messages and questions about various express issues at different times of the day, and the transportation you can order at good prices and instantly to different places. Lovely place! It was our first time in Montenegro and we couldn’t find a better place to say. Nikola is very reactive, we even had a welcome champagne and chocolate. The place really look like the pictures. Nice view on mountains and the sea, we loved it. The neighborhood is really calm, a lot of cats outside tho (perfect place for cat lovers !) The place is actually located in Dobrota, we booked a car for the week so we could join the center of kotor very fast (10 min). It is was a perfect stay, definitely coming back !! Love Montenegro 😘

Natacha is an amazing host! She shared so many great recommendations and provided us with detailed itineraries including directions and local gems. She is the best host we have ever had on Airbnb and hope we have the chance to go do it again! The apartment was perfect - both inside and out. The view and patio were outstanding.
