Holiday rentals with a patio in Lepetani

We had an amazing 3 week stay here :) you can walk 10 paces and jump in the water, it’s amazing. We were working while we were here, and the wifi was strong and the balcony was a perfect workspace with an amazing view. We would definitely come stay again :)

Perfect little apartment. Compact and everything one could need was there. One of the few apartments with a washer/dryer - very important if you’ve been on the road for a while. Nespresso machine with some pods provided was a bonus. Definitely recommend it.

הייתי שם ללילה אחד, היה חשוב לjasna שמישהו יקבל את פניי ועל אף שהיה קשה למצוא הבת שלה ישבה בפתח הבית וחיכתה לראות אותי וישר בחיוך לקחה אותי לבית ואמרה לי שהיא גרה קומה מעל וכל מה שצריך היא תשמח לעזור. Jasna הגיעה והסבירה לי על המקום שכלל כל מה שתואר לרבות מכונת כביסה שממש הייתי צריכה. הדירה גדולה ומרווחת ומחולקת לחללים, הכול נקי ובריח טוב. יש מרפסת חיצונית עם חצר מטופחת. כלים לבישול ומטבח עם כל המכשור הדרוש. הרחוב בחוץ נמצא באיזור הפחות יוקרתי מה שהפך אותו לעוד יותר נעים עם חופים יפים ומקומות נחמדים לאכול בהם וטיילת שלא נגמרת. מומלץ מאוד.

Nice place with nice surroundings. Not everyone will be used to going up and down every time when you go somewhere, but you have to live with it. We had a great time and I would definitely be happy to come back again. Thanks!

This apartment has one of the most incredible views we’ve ever seen — you can enjoy both the sea and the mountains from every bedroom. It was our third time in Montenegro, and we can confidently say this place has the perfect location. The sea is just a 2-minute walk away, and there are plenty of shops nearby. A 20-minute walk takes you to Porto Montenegro, where you’ll find all the best spots for breakfast and dinner. The hosts were exceptionally attentive and always available if we needed anything. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay — and we’re already dreaming of coming back one day!

Wir haben 2 Wochen bei Nikola und seiner Mama verbracht und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Alles war wie beschrieben und blitzsauber. Nach der ersten Woche gab es sogar eine Zwischenreinigung sowie frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Nikola hatte gute Tipps für die Umgebung. Der Besuch des Cabel Cars bei Sonnenuntergang war einfach genial. Das Appartement liegt verkehrsgünstig zwischen Kotor, Tivat und Budva. Wir wurden auch mit selbstgemachten Eis und Obst verwöhnt. Hier erwarten euch großartige Gastgeber und wir können es nur weiter empfehlen.

A wonderful stay and a highly responsive and friendly host. Stunning view and a very comfortable and clean house. Excellent pool, comfortable bedrooms. Kitchen was well equipped. A beautiful and well kept garden added to the outdoor ambiance. We enjoyed the location of being away from the busier areas around Kotor Bay but still easy to reach the various towns and beaches/waterfronts by car, which is essential.

I booked the house for my parents and their friends, à group of five. The house is big and comfort, have everything may need during the stay. It is in a relatively more quiet area but you may easy access to popular spots with less than 30 min drive. There is also ferry access allows you to get to Budva and Tivat easier. It’s a good stay to explore Montenegro

Fantastisch verblijf op een unieke plek aan de Montenegrijnse kust! Wij verbleven hier begin juni met ons gezin (2 volwassenen, een kleuter en een baby) en het was werkelijk een droomplek om onze vakantie te starten. Het huis ligt op een rustige heuvel met uitzicht over de natuur en ligt strategisch tussen Tivat, Kotor en de mooie stranden van Luštica. Het huis zelf is sfeervol, goed uitgerust en erg schoon. Alles was aanwezig voor een comfortabel verblijf – van keukenapparatuur tot handdoeken. Onze host had alles duidelijk gecommuniceerd en Rosa stond bij aankomst klaar om ons welkom te heten. Heel prettig na een lange reis! Wat voor ons echt het verschil maakte: • De rust en ruimte rondom het huis • Mooie stranden (zoals Plavi Horizonti en Zanjice) op korte rijafstand • Goede uitvalsbasis voor dagtrips naar Kotor, Tivat en Herceg Novi Zeker een aanrader voor gezinnen die Montenegro willen ontdekken in een authentieke en ontspannen omgeving. My family and I had a great time in Andjela's Vlla for two nights. The views are immaculate and the villa is pristine! It was nice to be in a quiet area after spending a long day in Kotor's busy streets. Overall, would highly recommend!

beautiful place, with overlooking views its spotless and the host have welcomed us when we arrived explaining everything inside the room, gave us recommendation for tours and etc. Extremely helpful. The only downside is its high up the hill so if you are not active going up and down the hill is a challenge. Otherwise it is a great place its 20mins walk from the old town.

Fantastic stay with one of the best hot tubs in terms of quality of the hot tub itself and the beautiful views from sitting within it. Comfortable bed. The walk into town is easier than the walk back, but there are plenty of taxis. The home is really well equipped with everything you need, including washing detergent for the washing machine, and the beer and wine were gratefully received too (thank you). The garden was a peaceful place to have a drink, a relax, and read a book. The outside table wasa great place to have an Al fresco meal. Communication with our host, Snezana, was good and helpful. If I come back to Tivat I will look to stay here again.

Superb accommodation in a quiet location a short drive away from Risan and Morinj which have all the amenities you need. The size of the house was the first thing that struck us on arrival, equalled by the tasteful decor but then topped by the magnificent views from the upper bedroom and lounge. The kitchen is well equipped, spotless and well used in our case with the roof terrace providing the perfect breakfast location. Anja was always very quick, helpful and friendly in her messages and provided a great recommendation for the Sunday Market in Risan which is well worth getting up early for, a great mooch followed by breakfast and coffee at the sea-front bar. If you're looking for classy accommodation in a quiet location with views to die for Anja's House is the perfect place

We had a lovely stay in Sanja’s place. It was clean and neat and had everything we needed. If you have a car, the location is great for exploring the area. I recommend following Sanja’s instructions for driving to the apartment, because the other road from Kotor is very narrow.

Odličan domaćin, vrlo ljubazan i spreman na dogovor. Apartman je izuzetno čist i lepo održavan.

Goran çok iyi bir ev sahibi, sorunlarımıza çok hızlı sürede çözümler buldu. Dobrota'da çok uygun fiyatlı ve çok güzel bir evdi. Bir dahaki gelişimde düşünmeden konaklamak isteyeceğim bir yer.

Nice clean apartment with all necessities. parking is after a steep and narrow slope so drive carefully.

My family spent a magical weekend in Montenegro and this place provided the perfect base for that. We walked easily to the beach, restaurants and sites. Very friendly town with breath-taking views from the apartment.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön! Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist bezaubernd. Generell haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einzig die Schnelligkeit des WIFIs könnte verbessert werden
