Pour des raisons de confort et de sécurité, il est plus adapté à des adultes et des enfants de plus de 4 ans, déjà autonomes (pas d'équipement de puériculture) ou pour 2 couples. Les draps et serviettes de bains sont fournis. Le ménage est à faire avant de partir pour cela produits et matériel fournis. Assurance: fournir une attestation de villégiature. Hors saison 2 nuits minimum. Du 1/07au 30/08 semaines uniquement 7 nuits.

We have renovated our grandfather's house as a family. We believe that you will have pleasant moments there. The house is ideally placed between Lyon- Grenoble- Chambéry near the mountains, in the middle of the Dauphin countryside. (Lyon 30mn, Chambéry25mn, Grenoble 30mn) .The accommodation is perfect for couples, business travelers and families (with children). EUREXPO is within 30 minutes. Nearby (3 minutes) you will find all the shops you may need.

Nestled in a green setting on the heights of the Bridoire, we will be happy to welcome you to this beautiful new T2, single-story, with private garden and offering views of the forest and Biscuit and Iris, our donkeys, regularly present in the park. Within walking distance you will find a bakery, a tobacco shop, a pharmacy and a shopping area within 10 minutes by car. You can enjoy activities (canyoning, GR9 hikes, fishing, sailing, etc.)

We offer you for rent part of our carefully renovated house. It is located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the Chartreuse mountain range. All shops and restaurants are steps from the house. Rivieralp Leisure Center with ecological swimming is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an extra 7 euros.

Terraced house in the back, you have no vis-à-vis.

We are at the gates of the Chartreuse mountain range and not far from Lake Aiguebelette.
