Vue superbe sur les montagnes et la Pierra Menta. Le studio est situé tout en haut de la résidence Pierra Menta au centre des Arcs 1800, quartier du Charvet. Le studio est confortablement équipé pour 5 personnes. Très calme et lumineux. L'accès au centre du village du Charvet est immédiat (commerces, restaurants, parking couvert). Location du dimanche au dimanche (pas de bouchons, cours ESF du lundi au vendredi et surtout le plaisir de skier le samedi). Possibilité de louer le studio voisin.

In the surrounding of Annecy as the mountains start , this 180m² big chalet-style home will be the perfect place for family reunion or holidays with friends. The house has a capacity of 13 to 15 guests (providing that the last 2 use the convertible couch). It is located away from the main city, between meadows and forest. Perfect to make the most of what both lac and mountains have to offer.

The apartment is spread over one floor, with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 living area with a full kitchenette. It is located in the heart of the village of Chabodey with a wonderful view of the hill of La Salle, which can be admired thanks to its balcony and panoramic terrace/solarium. There is an English-style garden with patio and barbecue oven.

(see attached photo) Our duplex apartment for 6 people is close to ski schools and ski lifts. Come and spend a good vacation with family or friends in the Archeboc.
