In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

We offer a getaway 1h30 from Paris, in our duplex wooden cabin, perched in the trees, between 5 and 8 meters high, above a small pond. You will be in a quiet and relaxing environment, will have no vis-à-vis, for a total disconnection in the heart of nature.

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. It boasts a 6000m² garden and a river that flows peacefully along the edge of the property. There's a 3.60m trampoline and ping-pong table. Fishing is possible with your own equipment. A swing will delight children, as well as the ducks, who are always curious to venture into the garden. You can enjoy a moment in the Sundance spa, available on the edge of the terrace, and try out the sauna.

Large farmhouse of 145 m², typical of Norman buildings of the 2nd half of the 19th century. Located in a rural and agricultural hamlet, on a large wooded and delimited plot, it will satisfy lovers of calm and nature. Our house is not perfect and is marked by time. Wooden beams, terracotta tiles, fireplace... its strong character offers a setting and essential comfort to accommodate guests in search of a change of scenery and rest for a few days.

The accommodation consists of two parts separated by 5 m from each other; a 16 m2 private bedroom cottage equipped with a double bed and a raised single bed on one side and a 17 m2 building adjoining our house in which there is a bathroom and a private kitchen/dining area as well. All of which makes up a complete independent accommodation.
