We really enjoyed our Month long stay at Lauren's cottage. The cottage is well equipped, comfortable and has a beautiful view! Location is perfect for x-country skiers, la Voie Verte is 2 min walk and Gatineau Park ski trails are just a short drive from cottage (p16 is 5 min drive!). Amenities are only short drive away, whether you are going to Wakefield, Chelsea or Ottawa. Communication with the host is very fast and efficient. I highly recommend this lovely cottage and look forward to booking it again.

I stayed here for around four months and it was a lovely experience! The location is great—there’s many bus stop, stores, and food places short walking distances away. The place is beautiful and clean inside as well. Throughout my stay, Mylia was very responsive and helpful. She always worked with me to find solutions to any problems I had and every interaction was friendly + pleasant. Highly recommend for short + long stays! :)

The stay was in a beautiful location with stunning views of the river. You can hear the soothing sound of the Gatineau River flowing at all times—perfect for nature lovers seeking peace and tranquility. The instructions provided were clear, and the place was easy to find. The bedrooms, kitchen, and living areas were all very clean and well-maintained. The host was responsive and typically replied within 5 to 10 minutes, which made communication smooth and hassle-free.

This place is incredibly peaceful, with beautiful surroundings. There's a great walking path—about 3 km one way. There’s also a canoe and a kayak available, which is a great bonus. Suzanna and Fred were the perfect hosts. We shared many wonderful conversations, and they were always helpful with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our stay special. We would definitely go back happily and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Just don’t forget your bug spray!
