Ideally located next to cross-country skiing trails, hiking trails and mountain biking trails. Only 700m from the center of the resort, you can leave with skis or sneakers on your feet from the garden! Recently renovated (end of 2023), our single-story vacation rental offers you all the modern comforts, summer and winter, with direct access to nature and the activities of the resort without taking the car.

Our cottage is rated 4 stars. It is located a 10-minute walk from the shops and the center of the La Feclaz resort. (snowshoeing 50 m, cross country skiing South plateau 50 m, downhill skiing 10 min, mountain biking and walks 2 min. The cottage is new, all wood, facing south, in a quiet and bucolic location. (no road nearby, no overcrowding, view of the forest and meadows!) Separate toilet and bathroom on the ground floor, upstairs play area with TV, DVD player, sofa bed + bed under the eaves.

Au cœur de la station de La Feclaz, nous vous proposons notre appartement neuf de 47 m² au 2ème étage et dernier étage (avec ascenseur), sa terrasse de 11 m² et son parking couvert (avec prise pour recharge). Il est situé au départ des pistes de ski de fond et de ski alpin avec toutes les commodités à moins de 200 m (ESF, supermarché Sherpa, laverie, boulangerie, tabac, location de ski et VTT …). Pratique et fonctionnel, l’appartement est conçu pour accueillir 4 personnes. Wifi très haut débit

Nice refurbished apartment on the 1st floor of a house 5 minutes by car from the resort. Independent entrance via an external staircase. Parking is available on-site. Linens and towels are provided at no extra cost. In summer there is a small garden with deckchairs behind the house Snowshoeing and cross-country skiing trails pass 200 m from the house. In the absence of snow for downhill skiing, the resort of Margériaz 1800 is a 30-minute drive.

You will be ideally located, 30 meters from the chairlift and in the heart of the village with its local food shops and rentals.
