Winter: alpine slopes at the foot of the residence as well as cross-country skiing and biathlon, snowshoeing. Summer: mountain bike trails, hiking/trail, via ferrata, horseback riding, tree climbing. Residence with swimming pool and game room to relax after exercise. All shops within walking distance.

Surround yourself with style in this standout space. Nice refurbished apartment on the 1st floor of a house, 5 minutes' drive to the station. Independent entrance via an external staircase. Parking is available on-site. Sheets, towels and dish towels are provided at no extra cost. For snowshoe and cross-country skiing enthusiasts, the slopes are 200 m from the house. In the absence of snow for downhill skiing, the Margériaz 1800 resort is a 30-minute drive.

Antoine and Angélique are very good hosts. We were very well received. We got along well, they were very friendly, polite and kind! The house is very well arranged, there is everything you need. It has an incredible view that you never get tired of, from morning to night. The turquoise blue of the lake blends perfectly with the green of the surrounding nature. Near the lake, the very pleasant lake esplanade, Aix les bains and very pretty villages to visit such as Chanaz. Many good restaurants nearby. We had a dream stay! We also enjoyed the bouquet of flowers and the candies 👍 Thank you Angélique and Antoine, we will certainly come back to see you.

Very pleasant stay in the Deserts. The house is welcoming and comfortable, with beautiful views. La Féclaz station is less than a 10-minute drive. Very good communication with Julie who is very attentive. Not to mention our host, the cat Feuille, who loves to be petted while living his life ;)

Delphine's accommodation matches the description and photos exactly. The view from the living room and terrace is beautiful, and the accommodation is very close to a belvedere overlooking Lake Bourget. All the necessary equipment is provided, we will be happy to come back.
