La plage est 7 min à pied, les commerces à 2 min, le marché, balades en forêt, tennis, golf, zoo, accrobranche, boulodrome, spa, restaurants, parcs d'attractions, pistes cyclables, base nautique, etc... Tout est à proximité.

The house is spacious, bright and warm. It feels good there. It includes a large living-dining room and open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, one of which is separate. This is a great place to have a great stay in our beautiful city of Royan.

A south-facing terrace with 2 garden tables and a barbecue will welcome you on a 1500 m² plot. The 10x4 pool is available and heated from May to September.
