Small cozy nest, decorated with care, classified 3 stars, Wi-Fi. Located in the heart of the historic district, very quiet street, 2 minutes from the market, 5 minutes from the Old Port. Equipped with a coffee machine, induction hobs, oven, dishwasher, washing machine. No microwave, whose harmful effects on health are known. Household linen, mattress, French manufacture. Double bed, made locally. Blackout blinds in the living room and blackout curtain installed in the bedroom. Late arrival possible, key box.

Located on the Pointe des Minimes, directly facing the sea and the coastal promenade, facing south, quiet environment, 400 m from the beach and shops. 1st and top floor of a small residence. MAXIMUM CAPACITY 2 ADULTS 28m2 + sleeping area of 7m2, maximum ceiling height 1m65. Living room with 140 sofa bed. Large bay window with railing to enjoy the view. - To get to the old port, bus 200 m away and river shuttle 600 m away. Bike paths. LONG TERM STAY POSSIBLE on request, according to availability.

Appartement fonctionnel rénové type 1 bis de 35 m2 classé 2* ,au rez de chaussée de la résidence+parking aérien privé située au cœur des Minimes, à proximité plage, commerces de proximité( Boulangerie,épicerie 7jrs/7 jusqu'à 00h00, restaurants, bars,tabac-presses ,glacier...) Sa situation géographique est idéale pour profiter pleinement de ses alentours et vous rendre au vieux port par le bus de mer électrique situé à moins de 5 min à pieds de l'appart ainsi que de son arrêt de bus à proximité .

Apartment in the heart of the historic center

Our apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of La Rochelle, close to the town hall and the central market, on one of the shopping streets that is lively during the day, but quiet in the evening and at night. It is an ideal base for visiting the city or for business reasons, a 10-minute walk to the train station if you come by train. The apartment is a 42 m2 two-room, just renovated, on the second floor of an old building. We follow Covid cleaning guidelines.

In the hyper center (Prefecture), this accommodation for 2 people , close to Rue Saint Jean du Perrot where there are lots of restaurants as well as all the sites and amenities, which you may need, making it easy to plan your visits. The beach is a 3-minute walk away, Paid parking, 2-minute walk to harbor, the 3 Towers are very close and so is the aquarium. Walking distance to the city center as well. The Coursive is 50 meters away. Rue des ramparts can pay off ⛔️
