A very well-equipped apartment with a beautiful little garden, in the heart of a peaceful neighborhood of La Rochelle. The location allows you to walk to the old port or the waterfront.

ideal accommodation for 2 quiet in full sun (attention! no air conditioning) with land that expands the residential space, close to all shops. Bedding remains a BZ. Parking and swimming pool are a great plus. 3km from the old port of La Rochelle but this is easily on foot or by river shuttle (€3/person). Elsa provides a detailed notebook of things to do to make your stay easier. I would highly recommend the place. Thanks to Samuel for his welcome and advice. We'll keep the address for a future visit.

Impeccable stay. Very clean accommodation, quiet but the restaurants and the village center are within walking distance.

We had a great time at La Flotte. Beatrice is really very friendly with lots of good advice even though we knew the island very well. The pool is a real plus and the garden is very zen. We'll be happy to go back.

Our stay was very nice. We didn't have to take the car because many things could be done easily on foot (shopping, walks, going to the ocean...) Our host was very approachable and trusted us, which made relationships easy. The region is very beautiful and there are many places to discover.

Ideally located, this accommodation is perfect for discovering the island of Ré and its beautiful landscapes by bike (rental right next door, friendly). The little extra is the sauna. Beautiful decoration, well-equipped. Good communication with the host who gives good advice. Parking right across.

Very nice stay at La Flotte! The accommodation is great and matches the photos, in a peaceful residence. The center is 3 minutes by bike, everything is easily accessible. We recommend!

It was an excellent stay at Nicolas'! The residence is very pleasant, quiet, charming, well located to access the village of La Flotte on foot easily, close to the waterfront. We had a hot time and the apartment, shutters closed, remains cool. The pool is a great plus. The exchanges with Nicolas were very cordial. He is responsive, accommodating, and gives valuable local and practical information. The studio is well arranged, with nice decoration, good bedding, all the necessary dishes and the flowery terrace is ideal for having breakfast outdoors. ☀️ The table set on our arrival gives a touch of hospitality that we appreciated. We'll be happy to go back!

The accommodation was great: very clean, consistent with the photos and description. The view of the Minimes beach is magnificent, and what a joy to wake up every morning to the sound of the waves. We were hosted very well. A great experience, I would recommend it without hesitation!
