Apartment holiday rentals in Les Minimes, La Rochelle

This is a wonderful apartment . Spacious, clean and such a very well equipped kitchen. The balcony is huge and overlooks the lake, which is very tranquil, yet it's a short walk to the beach at Minimes, where you can catch a boat taxi into La Rochelle. The bus stop is 5 minutes round the corner. Sandrine sat down and explained everything for us, where to catch the bus, restaurants etc. I would highly recommend this apartment. Wonderful hosts.

We had a very nice week in La Rochelle, the accommodation was impeccable, very pleasant with its exterior, it is very well located near shops while being quiet, we left our car in the parking lot, and we moved around by bike, many bike paths, François hosted us very well with good advice, communication was very easy both by message and in person, he is a very pleasant person, go there without so much as a second thought, you will not be disappointed

A nice, quiet (in June) studio in an older residence. Very well equipped, clean. A great protected balcony. Good comfortable bed. 4th floor: thus view of the sea and the private parking and not too warm.

Hello, nothing to report, everything was very good as usual. Arnaud is very attentive to his clients. It's a very quiet place even though there are works that you can't hear. I highly recommend it. I returned with great pleasure.

Ideal location, close to bus stops, about 30-40 minutes' walk from the Old Port (even with children), and right next to a beautiful beach. The space had everything we needed. Virginie, who welcomed us, was very responsive and really kind. The big plus: the view! The sunset was absolutely magnificent. A big thank you also for the delicious coffee!

We had a great couple of days in the apartment, so close to the beach and walkable to everything. The apartment is lovely, the kitchen is so nice and having the outdoor space is an added bonus.

Spacious and modern apartment, ideally located with a very nice large balcony. Everything can be done on foot, however, the square on which it is located is very "lively" so noise, music etc. quite late at night, fortunately the bay windows insulate well from noise. We intend to rent this property again.

Excellent location: The accommodation is very clean and functional. Dominique is welcoming and accommodating. Special mention to the bedding of great comfort. Ideally located, the residence is very pleasant, Saint Martin en Ré is a charming village. I highly recommend it.

We had a great stay at Teddy's place. The apartment was spacious, equipped and nicely decorated. Close to all amenities. Teddy is very friendly, and gave us recommendations on the activities available in La Rochelle and its surroundings! The jacuzzi and terrace are a real plus!! I recommend it 100%. We'll be back!

Our stay was very nice. We didn't have to take the car because many things could be done easily on foot (shopping, walks, going to the ocean...) Our host was very approachable and trusted us, which made relationships easy. The region is very beautiful and there are many places to discover.

Ideally located, this accommodation is perfect for discovering the island of Ré and its beautiful landscapes by bike (rental right next door, friendly). The little extra is the sauna. Beautiful decoration, well-equipped. Good communication with the host who gives good advice. Parking right across.

It was an excellent stay at Nicolas'! The residence is very pleasant, quiet, charming, well located to access the village of La Flotte on foot easily, close to the waterfront. We had a hot time and the apartment, shutters closed, remains cool. The pool is a great plus. The exchanges with Nicolas were very cordial. He is responsive, accommodating, and gives valuable local and practical information. The studio is well arranged, with nice decoration, good bedding, all the necessary dishes and the flowery terrace is ideal for having breakfast outdoors. ☀️ The table set on our arrival gives a touch of hospitality that we appreciated. We'll be happy to go back!
