Lyarne – Quiet family cottage by the sea

Gite by the sea, quiet located on a large landscaped lot, by the sea (protected area of marshes, Natura 2000). Uncrowded Direct Beach Access. Gite in the east wing of the main building. There are two more gites (opposite wing 2 pers. and chalet on the land 2 people), and a caretaker's house at the entrance. Secluded property, but just 2.5 km from the center and train station of Les Moutiers-en-Retz with local shops. 20 minutes from Pornic old port and supermarkets.

Ideally located 50 metres from Les Moutiers en Retz Beach. Peace and quiet assured in a quality house made with taste. On the sea side, you will taste the joys of fishing on foot on the foreshore ; you will enjoy the beach and swimming 50 m from the house. On the land side, you will discover the marsh. You will discover historical heritage by visiting the church, the Chapel of Prigny (Gallo-Roman oppidum) and many other vestiges... Center,shops 700 m away.

Rest to the sound of the waves

Located by the sea, this small outbuilding is embellished with a fenced and landscaped garden (Japanese style). Ideal sunshine. Beach and Chemin des Douaniers access on foot. Access to the marshes of the Pays de Retz. Free parking. The neighborhood is very quiet. The city center is a 10-minute walk away, a real advantage to enjoy summer entertainment. The beautiful city of Pornic is only 10 km away. By bike, or by shuttle bus, or SNCF TER train station

Independent studio in 100% renovated, cozy & quiet outbuilding, a short walk to the beach, ideally located between Les Moutiers and La Bernerie-en-Retz. Perfect for 2 TRAVELERS, it can nevertheless accommodate 1 additional traveler in the BZ. Close to shops and all amenities, including oyster shacks for foodies, you can quite consider walking or cycling to get around the neighborhood. Close to trails for walking or collecting shells :)
