Nous mettons en location notre maison familiale située rue du Gros Jonc, à 100m de la plage et 500m du centre des Portes en Ré. Notre Beach-house peut accueillir 8 personnes dans ses 4 chambres, dont 1 totalement indépendante en extérieur. Notre patio couvert de 15 m² vous permettra de manger au soleil et au chaud en toutes saisons, avec la possibilité de profiter de la terrasse et du jardin lors des beaux jours. L’espace séjour de 50 m² est équipé d’une cheminé, d’un autre coin repas ainsi que d’une cuisine toute équipée. Disposant de deux salles de bain et de deux WC indépendant, notre maison vous offrira tout le confort souhaité. The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.
