Village house renovated in 2019 by a renowned architect, ideally located in the village of La Flotte. The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

Come and discover this charming house carefully decorated, and enjoy its pretty south-facing wooded courtyard. You will appreciate its location in the center of the village, its calm, its proximity to shops and the beautiful church of Ars. The house consists of a beautiful living room overlooking the courtyard with its secondary entrance. Upstairs, two charming bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet. During school holidays, the house is only available from Saturday to Saturday.

Our vacation home is ideally located in the heart of the village of La Couarde (300 m from the main shopping street. Beaches 800 m away). It is well optimized; a spacious living room, and crossing overlooks a courtyard of 30 m². The kitchen is open and fully equipped. The seating area is in front of the fireplace, the dining room accommodates 6/7 people. 3 double bedrooms with closets + 2 mezzanines with single bed complete the house as well as a shower room and separate toilet.

The house will seduce you with its calm ,its location close to the center of the village and close to the most beautiful beaches of Ré. Welcome to Ars-en-Ré! This house has just been renovated, located in the heart of the village of Ars-en-Ré, between the port, shops, beach (La Grange) and close to bike paths. It is ideally located on a charming private courtyard completely enclosed (40 m²) with a view of the village bell tower. Several parking lots are available free of charge just around the corner from the house. Looking forward to welcoming you!
