The kitchen and living room are on the 1st floor, as is the large bedroom with balcony. The other 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor.

The south-facing apartment on the 1st floor enjoys an ideal location 50 m from the skier's path leading to the Chenavelle slope (skier's return at the foot of the Residence) and close to the shuttle stop. It is composed of a large living room overlooking the terrace, fully equipped open kitchen, 4 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, laundry room with heated wall, ski locker, basement parking, free access to the SPA (hammam, sauna, Nordic bath...).

Departure from the slopes of Megève (Princesse) or Combloux (La Cry) only 5 minutes by car. Free shuttle at 150 meters walking distance. Its Wellness area, with Sauna, Jacuzzi, gym and Home Cinema, will make the happiness of athletes and less sporty people.

This cabin is located in the middle of fruit trees and a huge vegetable garden! Poultry are free around (goose, duck, chicken) 🐤 The river is 30 seconds away with splendid views of the mountains. You have the option to fully open the roof above the bed to admire the stars, even in winter because I have a warm duvet that keeps the heat from the stove 🔥 Shared showers and toilets, 30 seconds from the accommodation.
