Small pleasant apartment close to Nice

Levens, a picturesque little village in the Nice hills. You will be 30 minutes from the beach or 30 minutes from the mountains . The apartment is self-catering ground floor -garden of the Villa (two other properties are to be rented in the Villa) The apartment is fully equipped ( TV , oven and microwave , stovetop , refrigerator , coffee maker , washing machine) a bed area is set up in the living room for extra sleeping. We are in the Alpes-Maritimes, 700m altitudes. the road to get to the house is winding. The private parking lot is also steep. The Villa is close to the busy road.
