Le Corbusier Apartment

Experience a unique stay in the last housing unit designed by Le Corbusier (1965-67) on the largest site in Europe imagined by the architect, which includes a House of Culture (UNESCO classified), a stadium and a church. The apartment (95 m2), ideal for a family, renovated in the colors of Le Corbusier, incorporates characteristic elements of the time. A perfect base to discover the region: Saint-Etienne (10 min), Puy-en-Velay (45 min) and Lyon (1 hr).

Small Ardèche house

Our small house (23 m2 studio) is located between St Félicien and St Victor, surrounded by nature, it will allow you to recharge your batteries and enjoy nature. 3 km from the village, you will find shops, markets, tourist office. The area is perfect for outdoor activities. You'll love the place because of its unobstructed view of the Ardèche mountains and Vercors. It will be perfect for couples or solo travelers, for a moment of serenity or hiking.

House ground floor/terrace

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. It has a terrace with beautiful unobstructed views. Refurbished space, as well as amenities. The living area is 60 square meters, the bedrooms are large. It is heated in winter and cool in the summer. You'll have a small grounds with a terrace and a barbecue area. The area is quiet and located in the middle of greenery. Close to the Himalayan walkway and many hikes are accessible.

Atypical gîte in Maubourg – 4-star furnished

Located in Saint-Maurice-De-Lignon, in the pleasant village of Maubourg, at the foot of the trailhead to get to the Himalayan footbridge (the longest in France) is the "atypical" cottage of Maubourg. This vacation spot is completely renovated in a modern, warm idea to share moments together. Why "atypical"? You will discover it during your stay, we don't tell you more😏, only that it is suitable for adults and children🙂.

85 m2 townhouse in the heart of a village 7 km from Monistrol-sur-Loire. Renovated in 2023, its asset is a southwest-facing terrace that offers unobstructed views of the countryside and a small garden. House on 3 levels equipped to accommodate 6 to 8 people (convertible sofa bed in 140 bed in the 3rd bedroom). Heating and air conditioning by heat pump. Air conditioning is in the living room and the bedroom in the attic.
