Villa holiday rentals in Lesbos

First of all, our host was very welcoming and helped us a lot. It was very useful and had a magnificent view. Just the problem we had, Google Maps brought us a very different and difficult way. Visitors will choose this house. If they write piligoni as the center on the maps, they can reach it more comfortably. They can leave the car in front of the church and reach the house forever.

First of all, the smiling face and sincerity of Ms. Duygu and her family helped us a lot. As soon as you enter the house, it raises your energy. It was very nice in terms of its view and comfort by the sea. The courtyard was also a place where we spent a lot of time with pleasure as an alternative to the sea view. Although it was very hot outside, the house was very cool and spacious due to the fact that it was made of stone. It was very nice to have a beautifully decorated bathroom in each room. There are very high quality products from the electronic devices used in the kitchen to other materials. We left saying that we should come again and again.

to be honest it was one of our favourite stay during the years on airbnb. breathtaking stone house with selected furniture and matching small details. garden had huge space surrounded by farm animals which was very atractive for my one and half year old son. besides owners of the house ( i mean both dimitra and her parents) are so kind and easy to communicate with. what else could i say... thanks for everything

This restored old Greek house in Ayvalık enchanted us with both its spirit and comfort. Especially the courtyard and the pleasant balcony offered great spaces for our morning coffees and evening chats. The historical texture of the house was carefully preserved, and the interior decoration was simple and tasteful. Cleanliness, comfort and every detail that could be needed were complete. Its location is also very central, ideal for those who want to feel the spirit of Ayvalık. Our host was also very interested, they helped with everything. I recommend it with peace of mind — if we come again, we'd like to stay here again.

Great location. Walking distance to core of everything.

We spent 6 days at Koutimou and loved the peace and quiet, privacy and feeling like being in the countryside, even though the village and the beach are mere minutes away on foot. Highly recommended.

Amazing place located central, but away from the hustle and bustle of the town. The house is fantastic and spotless clean, very comfortable and well equipped. The host is very friendly and always responds on time! Totally recommended the house!!

a truly flawless environment

An incredible atmosphere, a house that provides architectural satisfaction. Every part of the house arouses curiosity. A perfect residence that is embedded in nature without disturbing it. It is more beautiful and authentic than the pictures. I can't finish telling. Having your own beach is a rare feature, and if you are sensitive about privacy, it will satisfy you. There's a beach next door, but we saw 1 or 2 people because the season wasn't fully open. The sea was infested. The lady who cooked our meals was very sweet and helpful. It was very delicious, we were very satisfied. You may need to reconsider only if you don't get along well with animals or have a phobia of insects. Since the house is in touch with nature, there may be lizards, spiders, etc. in the common living area. The cat at home is also very friendly:) We didn't have any problems in the bedrooms. Also, the last 100-200 meters of the road to the house is a very bumpy village road, we did not see any damage, it takes a short time. We would definitely like to come back again.

Fantastic place to stay with the kids. The house is cool and easy to move around, and the swimming pool and garden is perfect for kids. A great place if you just want to kick back and hang around. Best to have a car, it is a great area to explore and nice walking in the hills up towards Olympos and nice beaches if you continue on the small road east.

Our hosts Evrim and Dila was always responsive, proactive, friendly and helpful. The house was perfect: wonderful view of sea and mountains, quiet and peaceful, within nature. House is big enough for 3 families, with lots of space. The village is so nice to walk. The beach is also cool, very friendly service, great food and a cold but crystal clear sea. We’ve even saw the dolphins. Internet is a bit slow, but mobile coverage is good enough, and you rally should avoid internet :) Interiors are lovely and tasty. Great big kitchen to cook. We didn’t need to eat outside. Just go to bazaar in Ayvqcık or Kucukkuyu, buy some fresh and juicy fruit, vegetables, even meat, and cook foryourself. In summary, we really loved the house, surrounding environment, and our hosts. I recommend to anyone who is looking for a quiet, romantic and natural getaway.

It was a very peaceful and enjoyable vacation for us.The location of the house was very nice and the house was clean and we were comfortable.Our hosts were very friendly and helpful people, they took care of us very well and gave us local advice.Thank you very much for everything, a place we plan to stay again.

The pictures don’t lie. This was one of the most beautiful, peaceful, and private Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed at. And the price was incredible compared to what we normally pay in the US for comparable properties. This property is actually part of a hotel and the service was incredible. We had beautiful and bountiful breakfasts delivered to our patio each morning. The staff answered our questions and odd requests quickly and kindly. I can’t wait to come back and swim in that private pool with the most incredible view! A rental car is a must though. It’s not really a walkable distance to anything. Plus it’s so fun to explore the island!

Hello, if you want to plan a beautiful sea, a beautiful beach and a peaceful beautiful holiday, this villa is fully equipped with everything, a villa that we will not find missing. Ms. Aslihan, from the booking process to the check-out, we were grateful for her due to her interest, kindness and solution focus. Everything in the house is complete and immaculately clean made us feel at home. It must have been 100% satisfaction. The site where the house is located is very peaceful, calm and well maintained. Everyone who lives on the site is extremely warm and cozy, so there is a very decent environment where you can have a neighboring relationship that is longing for you. The pool is not looking for the sea because the pool is made of sea water, and the pool is quite big and there are enough neighborhoods and seasons around it.
