The farm produces milk and meat and is located in quiet surroundings with beautiful nature, wildlife and mountains. The annex's locations are connected to the ski slopes with ski in ski out. Charging of el. cars are available but will cost extra due to overconsumption.

Mariplass seats are a gem perched on Dovrefjell. It is a cozy seat with 5 beds. In the living room there is a wood stove that heats well. The kitchen consists of a cook top that runs on gas, with room for three boilers. Water can be found to the right of the outhouse. There is also a downed "refrigerator". The area consists of a rich wildlife, and if you're lucky you can spot, among other things, wild reindeer, grouse, hare and musk.
