There is 1 queen bed, one queen sleeper sofa, and 1 futon (suitable for 1-2 small kids). We have 3 kayaks and paddles that are available for guests to use to explore Lake Blackshear!

This three bedroom home is a peaceful, simple, basic, and comfortable place to stay. Nothing fancy. Light and airy with an open floor plan. The master bedroom is separate from the other two for plenty of privacy. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed. One of the other bedrooms has two twin beds. The other bedroom has two twin beds. There is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room.
