We enjoyed our stay at Lori's place very much. It was great to have a bathroom for each of the three bedrooms as we were in town for a wedding and had several events to get ready for. The coffee was great in the morning and we enjoyed our evening glass of wine out on the deck. Lori responded quickly when we had questions. One thing to note, Lori's pictures do not reflect her beautiful new kitchen and bathrooms. We would definitely return if given the opportunity.

We really enjoyed our stay here at this house! The house was incredibly clean and spacious. Suited all our needs for the week. Only negative I would add is the neighbors can sometimes be loud as it’s near an intersection and gas station. We would absolutely stay here again though!

This apartment is in a great location with views of the ocean. It is a short walk to restaurants and bars in Ocean Beach. Also a short drive to local attractions like San Diego Zoo, Point Loma and La Jolla, which were our highlights. Steffanie was very responsive and helpful before and throughout our stay.

Location location location. Walkable to all of Little Italy. Bed was probably the most comfortable Airbnb/hotel bed I’ve stayed on. Modern, bathroom is updated. It’s on a busy street but insulation is solid so you can’t hear much after 10pm when things die down. We’ve stayed at other Airbnbs in this area where you can hear every conversation or car passing by so it was nice to have silence when we were ready to turn in. No central ac but there is a built in portable ac unit that is very effective. We’ll def come again

I put my family up at Patricia’s Airbnb while we had all of my siblings and parents here at the same time! This location was perfect in BH, easily accessible place, easy to find street space for parking. Space was bright and clean - would book here again for the next round of visitors!

Jim’s place was very close to legoland (10 min drive) which made it easy to travel back and forth with a toddler. It is very family friendly and included a pack and play, books, high chair booster seat, sand toys etc. The proximity to the beach was also great! Finally, Jim even allowed us an early check in to squeeze in my toddler’s afternoon nap. I would highly recommend this place.

Great place and amazing location. Steps from the beach, shops, and food. Super clean and spacious enough for 3 adults, a teen, and two small kids. Balconies and rooftop were great features as well. Communication was great from the hosts. Looking forward to making this a yearly trip!

Had a great stay! The Airbnb was really nice and thoughtfully stocked with fun extras like board games, beach volleyball, shovels, and more. The location is fantastic—close to the beach. Would definitely recommend!

This is a very spacious, tastefully appointed condo in a nice oceanfront complex. The kids spent hours in the heated pool and the beach accessories (chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, coolers, towels, etc) made days at the beach a breeze!

Gorgeous well equipped home in an ideal location. Game room and 2 decks were a huge plus and all rooms were spacious and comfortable. Absolutely will return! One of the best airbnbs we have stayed in; a multigenerational group of 8 had plenty of space and privacy.

Everything about this location and stay was amazing! My favorite part was how clean this space was. It was great stay for me and my family. The ONLY thing that we didn’t like was how hard the master bedroom bed was.

It was clean, beautiful, and as described. Walking distance to the surrounding was a plus, with a secure parking space to avoid downtown. They have clear instructions for directions and parking. The space was modern and simply elegant!

Beautiful ocean view on top of the cliffs. Easy walk to many restaurants and to the beach. The house is stocked with everything you need. I would definitely recommend.

Dave’s place is amazing!! Incredible location right at the beach, walkable to the sand and restaurants, even a beach park for kids. Dave is an incredible host, so friendly and helpful, always available and responsive. We felt right at home in his place and were so thankful to be there. The home is beautifully decorated, and has all the beach gear and toys you would need. We cooked and enjoyed sunsets there. The pool and hot tub are great too! We’d definitely stay again!

We had a great time! All eight of us fit comfortably. We spent most of our time at various beaches, but being able to walk to the local beach in the evening was extra special. We really appreciated the extra beach towels, beach chairs, and boogie boards. it was also very helpful having washer dryer access.

Great location. Amazing views from inside and out. Perfect for a family and great to have the private beach area down below. Owners in unit below were also very friendly. Cheryl is quick to respond and help with any issues.

Lovely space in Encinitas, California. Easy to get around. Parking was simple, amenities in the house were fantastic. Absolutely no complaints. Easy to walk around and get around. I would definitely come back.

This was an amazing place to stay. The kitchen, living room, and bedrooms were beautiful and spotless! Guy was very friendly and responsive. Instructions for check in and out were very clear. Would definitely come back and stay!

The view was phenomenal! Kitchen was well equipped and clean. However, there was not anyplace to store our pantry goods. We rearranged some things and made do. The first and 2nd bedrooms were great. Good size, nice closet space and a dresser. The 3rd bedroom was not so great. It is up a narrow staircase and has two twin(?) beds in it (one of which was wobbly), the only closet had a padlock on it and the space was tight, like a repurposed attic space. It worked for our small child but would NOT work for teens or adults needing storage space and the only bathroom for that room is downstairs. The living/dining space was good and felt spacious with 4 adults and a toddler. The patio space was small but usable and would comfortably fit 2-4 adults at the table. The view from that patio was spectacular! The glass patio fence made it just that much better. Overall, this is a 4-star property.

Exceptional Stay – Above and Beyond for Family Comfort My family had a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb hosted by Soothing Stays. From the start, our host was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating. What truly stood out was their extra effort in making our stay safe and comfortable for our family—especially our toddler grandson. They went out of their way to install toddler gates throughout the property before our arrival, which gave us such peace of mind. It’s rare to find a host who not only listens to guest needs but takes real action to meet them. The home itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The thoughtful touches, clear communication, and warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this property to anyone traveling with young children—or anyone who appreciates a host that truly cares. We would absolutely stay here again. Great and clean place in a convenient location! Close to downtown and balboa park. We enjoyed watching the airplanes fly in, the noise was not a bother at all. We will definitely be back!
