Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und ist ca. 70 m² groß. Sie ist für bis zu 4 Personen, evtl. mit Kind, geeignet. Der Preis ist für 2 Personen ausgelegt. Jede weitere Person kostet 15 Euro extra. Es gibt ein großes Schlafzimmer mit einem 140x200 + 90x200 Bett. Weiter ist im Wohnraum eine ausklappbare Schlagcouch 180x200 cm. Der Wohnraum mit einer reichlich ausgestatteten Küche und mit Fernseher, Stereoanlage, einem Kaminofen und einem Esstisch ausgestattet.

The two terraces invite you to relax and barbecue, while on warm summer days the Argen River invites you to refresh. Two parking spaces are available in front of the house. The apartment is fully equipped with underfloor heating and can also be heated with a fireplace for the ambience. There is 1 bedroom with 3 beds and one with a double bed.
