What a beautiful home! Very clean inside and out. Wonderful location with easy access to downtown as well as the Sundial Bridge.

This was the perfect place for me. Check in was easy and Joshua was a great host. The Oak House was exactly as described and just what I was looking for! If I am ever in town I will definitely stay here again. Thank you !

We enjoyed our long weekend in the bungalow! The place was just as described, and Brandy was very responsive before and during our stay. The area is very residential, but not far (a 20+ minute walk down a hill) from restaurants and downtown Redding. All essential amenities were available, and it was nice to have a washer and dryer on the back deck.

We had an amazing time staying at the house. The kids and adults both loved the pool and the heat. Everything as described and would happily stay again!

My parents are currently staying at this accommodation long-term, and they’ve been absolutely loving their experience so far. From the moment they arrived, they felt welcomed and at ease. The home itself is clean, well-equipped, and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood that has brought them peace of mind and comfort. With two months left in their stay, my parents are genuinely looking forward to continuing to enjoy this wonderful space. We’re so grateful to have found a place that feels like home away from home.

It was our first time in Redding, had a wonderful stay! Sparkling home with comfortable beds and pillows. Did not use hot tub because it was very hot but the yard is very private, looking forward to trying it next time! Highly recommend.

This house was perfect to accommodate our family’s visit to the Redding area for a wedding! We loved the quiet neighborhood and the house met all our needs for a nice space to relax and visit during a hot temperature weekend! The game room was a big hit with our young grandsons! Would definitely stay again!

I stayed here with my friend and her dog on our way to go backpacking in the Trinity Alps. This was the perfect place and we would stay again, lovely kitchen and living room. Comfy beds and clean bathroom. Linda was very responsive and gave clear instructions with photos so we could arrive in the evening with no issues.

our way was great, we only stayed a day but I had stayed longer i would have enjoyed more of the great amenities. Host was communicative and checked in on us via messenger. glad the location was out of main hustle and bustle but only a 15 minute drive if you wanted to get food or a store. would recommend!

This listing is kinda like a nice hotel room. Very comfortable, mini fridge and microwave. What is absolutely stunning is the grounds. The pool was perfect, better than the pictures. The river had nice sitting areas, and there was plenty of spots to sit and relax by the pool. there n is a swim up bad and sunken BBQ area. There were horseshoe pits and a hot tub as well. Walking distance to the Gaia hotel and Spa if you wanted to schedule a massage or go to dinner. The host was extremely proactive, checked on me and was super responsive of i had a question. I would love to stay here again.

The house had a great amount of space in a very quite neighborhood. Its conveniently down the street from the Main area of Weaverville. I always felt safe in the area, it was very private and I never saw a neighbor. When I had a question, Jessica was very responsive and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

She let me know ahead I’d stay at a different rental on the same property as the frig went out in the one I had booked. It was a small house WELL worth the price…clean, comfy & peaceful with everything I needed. I esp. enjoyed sitting in the yard behind the property, watching the horses, chickens & llamas.

Great place and great hosts. It’s a vintage home with lots of charm. Spacious and comfortable. Slept really well on a nice bed. Greg was very helpful and always responsive to questions. They give you plenty of space to do your thing. The neighborhood is nice too. Quiet but close to the old downtown and everything on the west side.

During a 10-day road trip, we spent 3 nights in Darlene’s wonderful rental unit in Redding. She is an excellent host who made us feel very welcome. The rental unit is great, and has everything needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay, including cookware, dishes, coffeemaker, etc., and the bed is extremely comfortable. Darlene is very communicative, and responds quickly to inquiries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and look forward to a return visit!
