We have easy access to hiking and biking trails, world-class wine-tasting, microbreweries, shops, amazing dining, and more! There is something for everyone in our area! We are surrounded by a 35 acre tree farm, so it's very private, yet close to the silicon valley! Our property has a standby generator so we are not affected by power outages.

I was so blown away by this beautiful property. The house is located in the middle of tall redwood trees and has a very expensive feel. There are several decks in the big driveway and lots of space to go hiking and walking and let your dogs run around the house itself is lovelyand cozy. Very clean nicely decorated. I would go back again and again.

This home was perfect for our girls trip to Santa Cruz for a couple nights. The hosts were amazing and thoughtful with all of the touches to the AirBNB. They left chocolates, flowers, a bottle of wine, fresh eggs, and dog treats for our two dogs. The sweetest! The home was clean and comfortable. We felt right at home.

Absolutely perfect in every way. What a blessing to be able to spend a few days at Sunny’s oasis. Very peaceful and secluded, tons of privacy. The house is big, plenty of room to move around. Everything was spotless. Definitely 10/10!!!

The studio is spacious with a large kitchen flowing into an office area and a large living room. The neighborhood has beautiful homes and is lush with trees, flowers, and the songs of birds. It was wonderful to have a full sized washer and dryer and a good sized bedroom with room to move about. Jacob's airbnb is a wonderful place to feel safe and comfortable with lots and lots of room.
